This property is also part of a hobby farm that is home to Nigerian Dwarf goats, calves, sheep, chickens, ducks and bunnies. It may also be possible to take the goats for a walk around the property and should be arranged ahead of time. This area is also home to plenty of deer and other wildlife. For convenience, firewood and farm-fresh eggs can be provided at a small fee.
Varney Conservation Area, abandoned CN Railway track and Pebbles restaurant are also a short walk away. The campsite is wheelchair accessible; however, the toilet is not.
Site is not hydro or water serviced; however, Potable water is avail at the house and hydro and wifi are available at the barn for charging of mobile devices and such.

Beautiful site! Super private. I am planning on booking here again in the future.
This place was amazing. There were many different aspects to the space we thiugh made for a perfect site. You could lounge in the water, set your tent up right beside the stream and have the soothing sounds while you slept. You could sit under the covered gazebo and take in the views or get full sun by the fire pit. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back here again! Walking the goats was a nice treat and a great way to explore the fields. You won't be disappointed coming here.
This place was stunning....peaceful....and just had everything you would want for camping. The sounds of the fresh stream running around the site and the nature around made sleeping a dream. Plenty of space to set up all your gear and still enjoy the space. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. The walks with the goats were an added bonus to an already amazing time away. Would definitely recommend and cannot wait to rebook. Our weather was perfect but the covered gazebo was a bonus spot to hang out and relax and take in the views.
We had an excellent time! The site was perfect. It had cute trails, a beautiful stream and wonderful hosts. The animals were a delight and the Milky Way stretched across the camp site.

We really enjoyed tent camping at Hubercht’s, it was secluded, private and peaceful. A small river wraps around the site, it was the real life version of a sleep podcast! We biked to the falls and went for a swim, walked to the nearby pond, and floated in the river. Clean, beautiful compost toilet area! Enough wood to last us the whole weekend! I only have good things to say about this site!! We loved it!
I loved camping on hubrecht's land. I read all the reviews before booking and I was not disappointed! This is only my 2nd experience booking hipcamp and I have not been disappointed! This space is was very private and I spent one day with my chair in the water and was so grateful as it was over 30 on that day. It truly is very tranquil and peaceful. I highly recommend this spot and will book again!
Beautiful property with stream and gazebo, very close to town… what an experience… loved walking Nora and grace most of all (goats) 10/10 would recommend to all my friends and family
What a wonderful time we had here. Beautiful location all to yourself. The gentle stream flowing right next to your tent is great to get your feet wet in. Cozy little wooden gazebo was great to sit under. Meeting the farm animals was so much fun.
We were lucky that fireflies showed up at night and made it even more picturesque.
The host is excellent and always reachable and ready to help.
We will be booking this place again!!!
