We have transformed our backyard into a surprisingly private campsite.
Located on River Canard, come enjoy the large floating dock or utilize the 2 Inflatable SUP’s included with the rental. Behind St. Joseph’s Church you will find a large park with new play equipment and a Frisbee Golf Course. We have a disc set for you!
Walk for Ice Cream across the Historic Bow Bridge to the River Canard Canoe Co. where you’ll find a nice assortment of local ware and History.
Enjoy birdwatching, fishing (bring your own gear) the star’s at night and a propane fire table on the deck if weather doesn’t permit a wood fire in the large concrete fire pitJust pack your food and beverages for your visit! Camp Gilligan is located directly on River Canard. Enjoy the local wildlife (geese, muskrat, heron, bald eagles etc) while you sit on the new floating dock that overlooks the Historic Bow Bridge or go Kayaking/SUP’ing with the 2 Inflatables onsite.
The Campsite while on our property is surprisingly private and is much larger than your typical campsite.
Outside on the Deck you will find an outdoor patio area with Outdoor TV/Speakers Propane Fireplace BBQ The Trailer is a 2021 Flagstaff MicroLite that comes with Queen Murphy Bed (pillowtop mattress) and 2 Double Bunks. Mattresses are covered with protectors and fresh bedding is available. Dishes for 6 Coffee Maker Kettle Toaster Pots/Pans
