Learn more about this land: Nestled near the base of Cedar Cliff and Four Brothers Knobs, this mountain retreat is a perfect place to rest and relax. The site is on 2/3 acre with our 1939 Craftsman home. The gravel pad is 40' X15', and has its own 50amp power, city sewer, and city water hook ups. It is semi-secluded, with young poplars growing around the site. Catch glimpses of the Swannanoa Mountains in the distance, while listening to the sounds of Rocky Creek running in the front yard as you sip on a fantastic local beer by the fire pit. The property is located in the northern edge of historic Grovemont neighborhood and was designed by E. W. Grove in 1924, who also designed and built the Grove Park Inn and the Bon Marché Buildings in Asheville. There is 5,000 acres of uninhabited land to the north and northeast. Swannanoa is around 12 minutes from Asheville, and 10 minutes from Black Mountain. Pisgah Brewing is 1.2 miles away, and the closest access to the Blue Ridge Parkway is 5 miles away.

      Peaceful Mountain Hideaway!
      Quiet
      Love the spot! Quiet and had full hookups(50 only so adapter for 30amp). Campfire ring was nice and the location was close to our daughter’s house. Backing up the trailer down the long driveway was the hardest part. 😊

      Peaceful Mountain Hideaway!
      Matt and his family are amazing! We spent 7 months here. This community is lovely, safe, clean, and quiet. Convenient to many great restaurants, bars, breweries, hiking trails, grocery stores, and both downtown Asheville and Black Mountain. There is a beautiful creek in front if the property and plenty of room for your dog to play. We highly recommend this camp site!

      Great location for events at Pisgah Brewing! The spot is level and located at the far side of the property away from the house. Nice quiet neighborhood. Backing your RV in from the road sounds intimidating, but it’s a piece of cake!
