Learn more about this land: 104 acres of private land for your enjoyment. This site would be best suited for tent campers at the moment due to no bath houses or electricity for the time being. Come enjoy your stay bring a kayak or canoe and float around the 6 acres of ponds and catch some of the many bass, bream or crappie that occupy the waters. The property is located 7 miles off highway 74/76 in Whiteville and 10 miles to Lake Waccamaw, 32 miles to Ocean Isle Beach, 45 miles to Wilmington, 36 miles to North Myrtle Beach. The road is grassy/dirt I would recommend a suv or truck for your stay. When there’s no burn ban in place or lack of rain i do try to keep firewood on-site but I recommend checking with me before your stay. Reserve your spot and experience the peace and quiet of the outdoors and listen to the turkeys and watch the deer feed in early mornings while the sun rises. If you have any questions feel free to message me! There is only one spot if you book you will have the entire property for you and your party.104 acres of peace and quiet for your enjoyment. I am currently working on getting the new roof installed on the shelter and the well operational upfront. If you book you will have the entire property for you and your party.

The Pine Tree Retreat
Hidden gem!
This is exactly what we were looking for. off the road a little and private. Beautiful pond with a convenient covered picnic area that is plenty large. Nice grassy tent sights with enough room for multiple tents. My son loved the pond and caught some nice small bass. (Catch and release of course!) wood is provided and Joseph asked countless time to make sure we had enough. I do not usually write reviews but it was better than expected and couldn’t have asked for more!

2nd trip out here!!!
It was our 2nd trip out here, stayed 2 nights, peaceful and quiet as always here, we brought our inflatable kayaks, the kids had a blast!!!! Squirrel or raccoon got into someone trash upon arrival whoever left there trash there previously, I was always taught what you bring in , you ship out with you on departure. Other than that, had a great fire goin the whole time. I complaints, we’ll definitely be back for a 3rd stay
