Asheville Area Luxury Dwellings offers a gated year round solo RV site with full hook ups, firewood, kindling, bike wash or pet wash station, and trash service provided by your host in the nightly rate. ADDITIONALLY, you can enhance your stay by adding any of the FOUR EXTRA AMENITIES before checking out. Extras which are available for a one time fee are onsite which include a partially covered lighted outdoor shelter with a grill, bar sink, bar stools, and infrared heater above the couch to warm up on those chilly nights. This outdoor covered porch can be added to your stay in the extras sections if you so choose. The hot tub and outdoor shower are also available for rent for a one time charge under the extras section. Working remotely? Add wifi in the extras section. Rv'ing with a friend? No problem, you can add one additional RV to your booking. Our site can accommodate two large rigs. If these items are not needed then you can still use the site only at the nightly price. Remember, your nightly rate includes a bike wash or pet wash station to clean up after a day of exploring the Asheville area, firewood, kindling, and trash service are always included in your nightly price. 0ur site is only 10 miles to downtown Asheville and 8 miles to the Biltmore Estate. Enjoy local area mountain hikes, biking trails, and go for a drive or hike on the Blue Ridge Parkway nearby. The solo RV site is private and tucked up into the mountain yet conveniently accessible to the main roads in our area. The solo RV site has trees on either side and behind it but an open area for your rig. Below our site towards the open area is the neighbors driveway. They do have a dog that barks periodically but they are far enough from the site that it does not disrupt the beauty and peace of our site. Asheville Area Luxury Dwellings solo RV site is protected with a private gate and security cameras at the entrance of the site and outer permitter but never within the site. Asheville Luxury Solo RV Site

Perfect private spot.

Such a great spot. Hosts were great and we thoroughly enjoyed the spot. The porch was perfect for starting and ending every day. Location is convenient to most anything you could want to do in the AVL area. Definitely somewhere we will keep in our rotation for future trips.

Great set up, site as described, responsive host. My only recommendation would be to move the fire pit so outdoor kitchen not in smoke path.

Yes to Urban RVs!

Excellent RV spot in downtown Charlotte. Easy access off the highway and flat, safe, easy area to park. Nate was a consummate host and it was nice to have a beer at Frothy Beard. In the morning, there were several places within walking distance to get a coffee and food before getting back on the road.

Great experience

This is a fabulous camping spot. First time using Hipcamp & we were very pleased! The outdoor area is well worth the add on as well as strong WiFi. Nate was very responsive. We will be back!

Asheville Luxury Solo RV Site

Loved the hot tub!

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay in Asheville at Nate’s campsite. He was wonderful and accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our time there was enjoyable. Communication was great, even booking at the last minute. The campsite was very well designed and the hot tub was amazing after 10 hours in the car (we were traveling from MN to FL). I am glad we chose Nate’s place and will definitely be back.
