Amazing location with panoramic views of the Vermont Green Mountain range, this property adjoins a public 9 hole golf course. Located on over 260 private and secluded acres, property also has a 2 acre pond for swimming, paddling or just relaxing. Several kayaks on location are complementary to use. There are several miles of maintained hiking trails meandering throughout the forest, ranging from an easy walk, to hilly and somewhat challenging. Many varieties of tent locations or places to park an RV, pop up, or car. There is no shower, toilet or electric available at this time, but well water can be had from our residence. We are brand new to the idea of offering our property for campers, and will only be hosting just one family at a time, for now. Which means you'll get the privilege of not having to share your surroundings with anyone else! Your own private camp ground! We are hoping this all works out and intend to continuously improve amenities, activities and overall experience. We are hoping to provide an exceptional value and experience that will bring back repeat campers, that we can trust and build a rapport. We are looking forward to meeting you! /p>

Perfect location, with perfect views! We would love to come back during summer time!
This was such a great place to visit with our 3 small children! We arrived at night and were amazed at all the stars. In the morning, we had a picture perfect view of the Green Mountains. The picnic table was very convenient because I was able to school both of the girls while my husband schooled my son in the camper. The kids loved having such a huge area to run and play ball, and could have ran the trails all day long. The pond is awesome and I can only imagine how beautiful this property looks when everything is frozen over in the and snow covered winter. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to my messages. This is our favorite Hipcamp site yet and hope we can come back here again some day!
Awesome location and Evan is a fantastic host. Great views and super quiet location. We sat by the fire at night and then the next morning we watched the sunrise while having coffee by the fire. Perfect!

This was our second camping adventure to Vast Private Oasis. We love it here! Very quite, private and beautiful. The pond was another big hit for us and our dog Stella for swimming .
