This was my second time staying at Rainy Dayz and it was even better than the first! The host is tremendous and took very good care of me. I hope I am able to stay here again sooner rather than later!

Rain and her dog Toby are wonderful hosts. Her beautiful property is the best camping accomodation while bicycling the Erie Canal Trail. Camp 4 is the perfect secluded place to watch the moon rise as you sit by a soothing creek and soak in the warmth of a fire, though you can't go wrong with any of the sites. If you don't enjoy your stay at Rain's you don't like camping!!

I am so happy I decided to stay here on the last night of my week long road trip. Rain has an absolutely magical piece of land which she graciously offers + a hugely warm heart. You can feel the devotion she has to the Earth and the love she has for the off-grid lifestyle. I absolutely love to see people living their dreams and inspiring others to be close to the land.

The creek here is beyond words. I would definitely recommend camping at the spot closest to it to fully enjoy. When I got in, it had been raining for days, and Rain insisted on building me a big, beautiful fire in the rain. I had never seen this done - I was quite impressed & needless to say, grateful to have it to stay warm.

Rain and I had delicious conversations next to the fire - she is an amazing person whom I am blessed to have met. I feel like I left with a second mother and friend. You will meet and love Mr. Pimp as well. Thanks again, Rain. So much peace and love to you.

Staying at Rain’s place is a real treat! She is super welcoming. She offered several options of where to put your tent or in our case, our 4Runner. We really liked the fact she had a fire ring set up with wood and fire starters. She also set us up with places to sit and cook (an old ironing board makes a great table for our cook stove, who knew?!). Lastly we liked the clean outdoor flush toilet. We would definitely suggest to others to camp here.

Awww Ty Dee and Miguel! Loved having you visit! I'm so happy you approved of the old ironing board for a cook stove table! They do work great :). They make a nice bar set up too lol! Hope your travels are safe, and again, TYSM for visiting! Truly enjoyed you both!

Rain was such a delight :) She greeted us on arrival and even had a large sign out front welcoming me by name! She showed us around her charming property next to the beautiful creek and introduced us to a whole cast of wildlife characters that she shares her home with. We arrived late and only stayed for one short overnight but Rain promptly started our fire and shared some lovely conversation with us (as well as a hot cup of coffee in the morning). It was just a short drive the next morning into little falls for breakfast and a day at the diamond mines. We were so happy to meet Rain and will hopefully be back for a visit before too long!

Rain was one of the most welcoming and lovely hosts that we've had! Her property is gorgeous and so charming. We loved getting to feed her rare geese, hike/wade in the creek, and best of all spend time getting to know Rain! I would definitely recommend taking advantage of the Smudge Stick and Feather Wand crafting, such a beautiful addition to an already great trip!
