Cox's river private camp ground
Awesome private spot along the Cox's river, host Stewart is a top bloke and very easy going. Will defiantly stay there again and recommend to others.
Great base camp to explore the area
Stewart is a very helpful host and met us close by to direct us to the campsite. The closest spot to the river would be the preference, we stayed at the further spot, which is still a short walk to the river. We set up our chairs by the river all day and caught some rainbow trout! Beautiful location, easy walk to the suspension bridge, some good spots for a dip in the river (if you want to brave the cold) would love to come back again in Spring & Summer! Dogs had a ball playing down by the river as well.
Great Camping spot, Amazing views. Stewart and Dave gave us a great run down of the area, we hiked along the Six foot track to the swing bridge, which the kids loved, and we did a few 4wd tracks which all had amazing views. Beautiful spot.

This is such a great spot! Plenty of walking tracks around (make sure to check out the suspension bridge) and the river was beautiful. We set up our camping chairs right in it, nothing better! Stewart was super helpful and the area was really lovely. We came after a big amount of rain, so bring your 4WD!
Camping with my three fox terriers
I had a most amazing experience, beautiful scenery and a private campsite with a view over the river. The campsite site was freshly mowed and dog friendly. It was such a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
On my way home I had a four wheel drive tour of the property to see a couple of the other campsites. The whole place was so scenic with beautiful views everywhere. Must have a four wheel drive as quite remote. The host Stewart went out of his way to show me around the property and made me feel safe following him on the four wheel drive roads. I will definitely be back again. Highly recommend this spot. Thanks for having me Stewart and my three dogs to stay.
