We purchased the property in mid 2021 to have an escape from city life. We have two active young children and I like to build and tinker. We now want to allow others to also have an escape into the tranquillity. The farm is not a productive farm as such, its a hobby farm, but that is what we call it. Tranquillity in a rural setting. Camp in our field and unwind. Only 8 min from the Pacific Mwy and 10 min from Morisset shops, is this beautiful parcel of land. Just 1hr drive from Sydney, 1.5hr from the CBD. The property backs onto Olney State Forest and has abundant wildlife. Several groups of wallabies are regulars, kookaburras have their nest in the trees, a few wombat holes are scattered around and deer have been seen on the property. There is only about 6 acres of cleared land and the remainder is untouched bush. Sawpit Creek is a seasonal creek which supports an abundant ecosystem. The area benefits from short commutes to local beaches, the lake and rural countryside. There are plenty of attractions and tourist destinations. We are currently only setup to cater for self-contained campers so you need to bring your own camping toilet/shower and drinking water. We do not have any facilities to offer. Please bring what you need and take with you what you bring. The paddock is level land. 4WDs are recommended to access the field, it gets a bit muddy after rain. Although there is one high spot near the bush driveway that seems to stay firm. Your furry family members are welcome to join you.Tranquillity in a rural setting. Camp in our field and unwind. Camping with the dogs
A nice secluded spot. No burs, so walking barefoot for days. A little swing our baby loved. Low noise. Plenty of native animals about. Dogs allowed off lead. Good communication from host. No issues.

A quick farm getaway
Lovely spot for a quick get away! Plenty of room, green grass and a fire pit. We took our dog out of Sydney for the weekend, had a great time!

Happy Valley Farm
We enjoyed our one night stay as it was lovely and quiet. We were the only ones there! The driveway on the corner into the paddock was a bit tight for a caravan but hubby made it (not a criticism, just something to be aware of). Nice paddock and we were able to get Starlink there as there was not much mobile phone reception at the site.

Happy Valley Farm
Stayed at Happy Valley Farm over the weekend with family and friends for my birthday. Group was a total of 14 adults and handful of kids. Spectacular spot to relax do family games, activities and sports! Owner clearly maintains the property very well would highly recommend and stay here again ! Just watch your step when walking on the property due to vehicles driving over the grass and setting up camp! Thanks to the owner

Peaceful and quiet camping.
Our 5th or 6th visit here. We really love this place. Its so peaceful, amazing birdlife and surrounded by wallabies who are very curious and just love to hang around. We will be back again and again.
