Located just off of Mayne St you will be nestled in a forest of Scotch Pines, Beech Trees, Red and Black Oaks overlooking one of our two bodies of water. This site is suitable for one Van/Pop-up or One tent and One car. It's a quick walk down Mayne St. to the porta-potty. The ground is mostly level and blanketed with leaves, grass and there is one firepit, two chairs and a round table. Wood is available for purchase on premises as we are not allowing wood to be brought in from other locations for the safety of our 40 acres.
We have one shallow pond on the South side of the property (W Holland Lake entrance) with a dock to relax on where you may kayak, paddleboard or wade in to fish with lily pad lure friendly gear. There is a stunning lake on the North side of the property for viewing, relaxing, foraging and listening to the wind through the trees. We do not have access to this body of water. However, as our guests you *DO* have access to the all-sports Perch Lake as well, where motor boats and swimming are perfect! We also have multiple groomed paths for biking, hiking or just exploring. Our 40 acres is completely private and we will have minimal individuals on the property as we like it to remain private and peaceful.

It’s was a wonderful stay. The restroom was kept up and smelled nice. The actual site was plenty of space and you weren’t too close to your neighbors. I will be staying again! Thank you.
Quiet and beautiful.
Very nice camp sites. Campsites have a nice distant between other campsites. Sarah the host is great. She answered any question and was helpful in selecting a site. Porta-potty was the cleanest ever! If you have a boat there are many lakes near by. Many nice trails you can walk or bike ride. Pet friendly as well
A private camping experience
Stay two nights at Sara’s campground. We were the only ones there at their newly opened property and had our choice of their few different sites. All are private and well placed around their property. Plenty of firewood available to forage on the ground. Clean porta potty a short walk. Short trails on their property to walk and explore with our dogs. And best of all access to a private lake and beach less than 5 min drive away. Hope we get a chance to come back again!
