This is virgin Manistee National Forest. Approx. 800 feet frontage and it goes a half mile back and butts up to the Manistee National Forest. You can drive up onto the property with a car and park and walk in, or you can traverse with 4x4, or atv. You could pull a small camper on no problem. If you have a larger camper you can Only Pull Up And Park close by the road. This is at Your Own Risk. Walk the property and see if it works for you. There are neighbors on the north and south property borders. So you must stay on the property in these areas. But, you may also enter the Manistee Forest from the back of this property. There are State Trails within walking distance. The Land was logged 38 years ago so there is new and old growth trees. All High And Dry! If you are in a wheel chair the ground is pretty solid to wheel around your site but to tour the whole site would be difficult. You drive up the bank driveway onto the land and have access to 40 acres to find your prefect spot. It is flat land, grassy, with tree areas and grassy openings. This is only 4 Miles from US31, Gas stations, Dollar Store, Manistee Downtown, Manistee River, etc. This is the perfect base camp for Hunting, Fishing, ORV, Biking, Hiking, and relaxation. You bring everything You need in and You take everything out! There is a good signal for your phone, tower is 4 miles away.
