This cabin is privately located on an old Christmas tree farm about a one-quarter mile off the public road. Listen to the water flow over the dam, & the sounds from aquatic animals. Watch the sunset over the wetlands. Bird watchers take note. This site is ideally suited for a couple looking for an outdoor experience retiring to the comfort and security of a luxury tiny house. All lighting is solar-powered. The outhouse is a composting system.
We are offering the family campground to Hipcamp customers. During your stay, we will provide complimentary firewood and bottled water. High-quality cotton sheets and pillowcases will be provided. The mattress is a Simmons Beautyrest Recharge Glimmer Luxury Firm Mattress. The mattress is protected by SafeRest Queen Size Premium Hypoallergenic Waterproof Mattress Protector - Vinyl Free, ALL cleaned, and sanitized for every guest. You will need to bring all the cooking utensils. If you are not cooking please use the provided chiminea.
Access is keyless. Your unique 4 digit code will open the door. This means check-in (not before 3:00 PM) & check-out (not after 10:00 AM) is flexible.
There is plenty of room in the camp for a tent or for those wanting to sleep under the stars. The parking can hold an RV if you want to bring your own house.
We have a "no pet" policy. We do this for cleanliness and for guests with allergies. Sorry for that, but no exceptions.
