Large one room treehouse with stairs, ladder and hatch to a deck large enough for a few chairs. The deck is positioned over a 25' - 30' granite ledge overlooking a New England meadow. In the winter homes can be seen to the sides but not in summer. There is trail leading off into the woods for you to explore and find the baseball field in the woods, as well as three tree stands with ladders hatch doors and catwalks. No amenities, no utilities. If you comes in with you, take it back out with you.
