What to expect..
This is a farm with many animals so please be aware that the rooster may crow very early. The goats may be noisy at anytime day or night. Most cases they are quiet at night but not always. The cows bellow and horses will whinny throughout the day. Farms also have farm smells so be aware it is not always pleasant. For the most part the campfires over ride the farm smells which is great!!

Wonderful outdoor escape
We had a really great experience. Our host(s) went well above and beyond expectations!! The sites are thoughtfully set up to give you the most enjoyable stay possible. The porta pottys were spotless and stocked with plenty of amenities.
The sites are in a great spot tucked quietly to the back of the property with enough trees surrounding each one to make them feel private enough. My kids loved walking the paths and visiting all of the animals. So many great take aways from our weekend at Bellview!! Thank you:)
Highly recommend! Wonderful site and great communication. Karen was in contact before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Site was well prepared and maintained. Fun to wake up to the sounds and sight of a horse farm. Everyone was friendly and kind.
Great campground w/ great host!
The camp site was much more spacious than expected, we were able to set up a 10 person tent and still had an abundance of room. There was a small picnic bench and a small charcoal grill if you want to grill out. Fire wood was given to us both days for the fire pit , and it included starter fluid and 2 lighters.
Karen stopped by to say hello to us and was very kind. She replies quickly and is a great host. We were able to hear the goats and donkey’s along with the farm dogs. We could hear the rooster making his morning calls and it was a great experience. I would recommend this spot 10/10 and we will be going back again !
Great experience, would stay again.
My wife and I have camped regularly at MD, VA, WV, and PA state parks and state and federal forests for 30+ years. This was our first Hipcamp experience. It was very positive. Karen was extremely responsive, quickly replying to our inquiries and pretty much did everything she could to make sure all was good. The sites were mowed and in good condition. The farmer and his family were friendly and accommodating. The farm itself is primarily horse-focused, but they also have goats, chickens, and a few head of cattle along with a few dogs and cats. Very nice setup. We'd definitely stay there again.
