Choose among secluded woodland areas with access to composting toilet outhouse, campfire ring, pure well water and farmstead amenities. (Scroll down for specific site descriptions.) Solar shower bags may be borrowed and fresh organic produce, free-range eggs, and pastured meats are available for purchase.  Our bucolic rural town is nestled between many cultural centers and we are one town inland from the beautiful Maine coast. Four recreational trail systems within a five-minute drive, great locavore cafes, brewpubs & ciderhouses, galleries & shops only 10-15 minutes away. COVID-19 UPDATE: to keep everyone safe, we are limiting this season's reservations to three well-distanced sites.  All commonly-touched surfaces are sanitized regularly and we require that masks be worn when interacting with farm hosts.  SPECIFIC SITE DESCRIPTIONS: SITE ONE: Close to driveway on flat, grassy area in middle of farmstead. Easy in-and-out, but farmhands may pass nearby during early morning chores. SITE TWO:  5-minute walk to beautiful woodland site w/ space for one large tent. SITE THREE: Camper favorite near a woodland stream: cozy, private site with space for one large tent, accessed by an easy 8-minute walk on a well-maintained footpath. SITE FOUR: 10-minute walk to a terraced site with room for one small tent, accessed via a shared trail with Site Three. NOTE: During pandemic, Site 4 will be closed when Site 3 is occupied, to minimize shared airspace.

We loved staying at the farm and seeing all the animals! The piglets were a real treat. And everyone there was really friendly and helpful. We learned a lot about farming, in addition to having a comfortable and quiet place to camp for two nights.

We had a great experience camping at Tir Na NOg Farm! We were warmly welcomed and shown to our campsite when we arrived. Our site was quiet, peaceful, and felt very nestled in the woods (but not too far from the car). We would 100% stay again!

This spot is great! My friend and I drive from Burlington, VT and stopped here for a night. We were greeted with a small tour of the property. Lovely flowers, chickens roaming, cows with awesome bangs, and the best part…piglets! We took a quick visit to Portland for the evening which was great. And in the morning we got to bring home some beautiful fresh eggs from the property (: would definitely recommend!

Incredible spot! The farm was gorgeous and the owners & farmhands were very friendly, happy to chat and let people explore the property. The actual campsites are back in the woods a ways from the house and very separated from each other. The cows have bangs, which is a also a huge plus.

Great place to stay! Dropped a tent for a night. Holly was very welcoming and provided a lot of information about the farm and the ecology. The tent space itself is secluded and it’s always a plus to be greeted by a family of curious pigs in the morning.

I was on a long cycling trip and only managed a very brief stay on the farm but it was perfect for my requirements!
Very comfortable and easy to access site just off the road. And the farm looked fab in the morning light!
