A little glade down the back of our property, the glade is surrounded by a small orchid, and a few willow trees. Rain water on site for people staying to use, gardens and a small creek which is not suitable for using the water. We are located... 1km from Woodlands Historical Heritage Home 10km From Rototuna or TaupiriPitch your tent in a nice relaxing field surrounded by apple trees, pears, willows and other greenery. There are some small hills that give protection from the winds and a feeling of comfort & privacy. There is a 2000L rain water catchment here. You must be self sufficient or self-contained tp camp here if you do not use our bathroom facilities. "Inside" toilet and shower available at a charge per day basis. The ground is grass over sand and stones and does not flood or get boggy. Surrounding views of farmland and vegetation. Nearby: - "Pukemokemoke" reserve 166m above sea-level to look over the Waikato basin. - Woodlands Cafe and Historic Homestead with park and walks - 4km Gordonton Village. Superette, cafes, Farm Shop for local produce. - 10km to Rototuna shoping area and Taupiri
