We also have camping grounds your own van, campers RV's,tents Self-sufficient needed, however provide a toilet water for your use. Enjoy beautiful surroundings, views, rolling hills and pretty fairy lights. We are unique and different to caravan parks and you have plenty of space and farm paddocks around you. Set in a beautiful farming area with magnificent views of the gorgeous hills and valleys, sometimes crops or livestock on our property. Enjoy an exclusive adults only retreat in your own gypsy van amongst nature and get back to the real tranquility of life. The custom-built gypsy vans are very cute, enchanting and located close to the Avon River. You will be immersed in nature, peacefulness and romance as you sip on wine and gaze at the stars which are plentiful. The wagon sleeps two in a double bed and includes linen and next-door has a separate shower, toilet and kitchen in its for your exclusive use. its fully self-contained with a quaint kitchen including a fridge, sink, microwave and hot plate for cooking with all the utensils you could need. Alternatively prepare a grazing board to enjoy some wine from the many gorgeous areas around the property... It’s all set for rustic charm, pure relaxation and tranquility. You will love our collection of old cars, trucks and vintage farm machinery. There are two gorgeous gypsy wagons so you could enjoy them with another couple, friends or family. Why not get a few friends together to stay in the gypsy vans or camp together. There is a firepit where you could toast marshmallows or enjoy the sunsets from our beer garden area and a bbq for your use. Enjoy this unique experience with a midweek getaway or a weekend full of fun, adventure, and fabulous memories. We are located 5 kilometer's to town so many choices of dining are also available Current specials for the gypsy vans are : From Sunday - Thursday stay 2 days and the third is half price $495 Total or minimum of 2 nights @ $195 per night. Lot 102 Dumbarton Rd Toodyay We are located in a lovely quiet farming area on 50 acres very close to the Avon River and Dumbarton Bridge so lovely walks to the river close by.  There is an unfenced dam on the property so you must supervise young children at all times as it is your responsibilty to ensure they are not close to the dam unsupervised  Its a short drive to all shops, banks, pubs, cafes etc.  There is some shady trees and a plenty of parking areas. You can sit and relax taking in the views and watch beautiful sunsets over the hills.  It will suit a few people travelling together if you wish to park close by. Please ring before to check if suitable and available call 0411277712. Please make sure you leave no trace and all rubbish with you and leave property neat and how you found it. please be mindful of noise as it does carry across the hills.  If you take a pet it must be on a lead or tied up at all times as we have sheep and cows on the same property at times and you need to clean up any dog droppings  Please call 0411277712 or 0428277712 for any further enquiries and to ensure there is space for you and where to park You will be allocated a designated area and this is your space. Please do not enter the House area the Gypsy Vans or the barn all veranda’s as these are private and not part of your camping space. We had a wonderful time with friends at Mountain Park Retreat. The property is lovely and the hosts great to deal with. Lovely and close to Perth in a quaint little town. Will be back!

Toodyay Mountain Park Retreat
We had a super time camping behind the shed. Wonderful views and plenty of space. Eclectic art which is right up our street combined with some fabulous rusty relics. Great site and we've fallen in love with Toodyay too!

Beautiful site and well setup for either tent or RV. Clean toilet and everything over this site is just so unique, we had good time staying at the site for two quite nights

Toodyay Mountain Park Retreat
Myself and my fiancé wanted a camping weekend outside of Perth and the mountain park retreat was perfect. We were immediately immersed in the serenity of the countryside with beautiful views of the crops and rolling hills. The evenings were even better looking at the stars. John was a fantastic host. He really looked after us and showed us all the interesting parts of the farm and awesome stuff he has built and collected over the years. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a breath of fresh air and a great experience.

Toodyay Mountain Park Retreat
Oh my! Possibly my favourite camp spot to date and I’ve Hipcamped my way across Australia! Laureen was kind enough to let me just stay for the one night as I just had a few days off work and am a solo camper always trying to escape when I can! Had the hole back end to myself and the ways in which this spot has been curated and made into such a wonderful and interesting spot to stay is so incredibly cool! The old cars, trucks, signs,motors,vans you name it, everything so thoughtfully collected and laid out. I absolutely loved it. I will definitely be back, the view of the stars as well! Could see the entire Milky Way. Felt like I was in a planetarium at night. Worth every penny! Thank you so much 🫶🏼❤️ I will be back! And everyone should stay here!

Toodyay Mountain Park Retreat
We had a great long weekend at this property. So quiet and peaceful, beautiful views and so many interesting things to see around the property. The night sky was so clear so many stars even got to see some shooting stars. Would definately recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Toodjay area. Laureen and John were very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Toodyay Mountain Park Retreat
I headed out from Perth for a mini break and had the most wonderful stay! This is a very cool place with colourful and quirky decoration, beautifully lit up by fairy lights at night. The surroundings are picturesque - fields, hills and trees in every direction and very quiet and peaceful. The location is just a short drive from toodyay town too. I’d highly recommend and would certainly return - it’s just a great vibe, the owners have created something very unique. Thank you for having me!
