Earn this patch by being the first to spend a night outside at a new Hipcamp.
Nomadic camping
Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Hidden valley alongside Coomallo Creek approximately 38km (25 minutes) from Jurien Bay. Coomallo feeds into Hill River, which winds its way west to the ocean south of Jurien. Camp anywhere along the creek and enjoy quiet walks through the bush. Caravans or camping no problem. Pick a shady spot near mature Marri trees and enjoy the fresh air. We have a maximum of 3 camps at a time to ensure plenty of space and minimum noise. Campfires allowed in season (BYO wood - kindling courtesy of the bush). Well behaved, wildlife-tolerating dogs allowed :) You will also need to bring your own toilet and take your waste with you on departure.Violet is a spacious site between a couple of stands of Marri. This is bush camping so guests need to be self- contained, including their own potable water.

Violet is a spacious site between a couple of stands of Marri. Our first family camping spot right next to the creek. Suitable for camping or caravans, it has a fire ring and plenty of room to spread out. Guests can enjoy peaceful walks in the bush along Coomallo Creek. At this point, this is the only camp site we're providing so you'll have the place to yourself. There are no toilets or bins so you must bring your own portable loo and take your rubbish with you. BYO firewood but feel free to grab kindling from nearby. This is bush camping so guests need to be self- contained, including their own potable water.
