Our large hobby farm is located less than 15-minutes from Busselton's iconic jetty, the renowned Geographe Bay, beaches, and bustling cafe and restaurant scene, with easy access to the Southwest's numerous wineries and breweries, and various other attractions. Enjoy an exclusive and peaceful stay on flat pasture surrounded by shady trees, with knowledgeable local hosts available to enhance your getaway experience. While close to Busselton, the property maintains a serene atmosphere, with birds such as wrens, kookaburras, and owls frequently spotted. Please note that during summer, we strictly prohibit campfires and kindly request guests not to smoke on the property due to heightened fire risks. Additionally, the site has no toilet or shower facilities, so guests must be fully self-contained. Bore water is accessible upon request. For those traveling with dogs, quiet pets are welcome with prior arrangement, but they must be contained at all times due to the presence of livestock on the property.Set up camp on flat ground in a paddock with bordering trees providing shade and plenty of room for your group exclusively. No toilet/shower facilities so all campers must be fully self-contained, and adhere to our fire restrictions and a strict leave-no-trace policy. Price includes up to 2 persons per night. Additional persons can be booked for a small fee per head. Note there is no additional fee for children under 4..

Simple and very private site
Phoebe’s communications and directions were very prompt and easy to follow and she popped down after we arrived to welcome us and give some local recommendations. Kookaburra farm is a simple but very private site and our van fitted perfectly in the shade of the peppermint tree and was far enough away from the home on the site. Her horses are in surrounding paddocks which make it an even more relaxing spot. We walked our dog to the far corners of the property and watched the kangaroos. 🦘 Overall a very nice stay and we would definitely return if in the area. 👍 Cheers Phoebe…

Perfect piece of land for a few families to setup. 10 mins to the heart of Busselton and a great alternative to cluttered caravan parks for those who are self sufficient. Host was great, met on arrival and gave us plenty of space for the trip. The horses were great for the kids!
