We also encourage campers to join us in our cellar door for a complimentary wine tasting between 10:30am - 5pm, 7 days a week. Here you will get to try our premium handmade wines, take a look behind the scenes in our cellar and if your lucky and Matt is around, get an insight from the owner/winemaker himself. CAMPING GUIDLINES: - We only accept self-contained caravans/motorhomes/vans/rooftop tents, so PLEASE DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU HAVE YOUR OWN CHEMICAL TOILET. NO EXCEPTIONS, YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY. - WE DO NOT ACCEPT GROUND TENTS OR SWAGS. DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU ARE IN A SELF CONTAINED VEHICLE IE CARAVAN, MOTORHOME, CAMPER-TRAILER, ROOF-TOP TENT ECT. - Please arrive with enough drinking water for your stay, but if you do run low we have potable water available at a cost of $1 per 25LT jerry can (please note we do not fill caravan/van tanks). - We allow campfires when the shire regulations permit. -We are a dog friendly, as long as they remain on lead at all times. Check-in at the CELLAR DOOR between 10:30am - 5pm. If you are running late, please call the cellar door to let us know and arrangements can be made. We had a great stay! Spacious sites with a beautiful vineyard view – exactly what we were hoping for. The wine tasting was excellent too: a friendly host and a great variety of wines. Would definitely recommend!

We have a wonderful and relaxing stay overlooking the vineyard. Had a delightful tasting experience and bought a couple of bottles to enjoy on our continuing journey. Thank you to the Jarvis Estate team for their hospitallity allowing us to stay. We visited the oldest and smallest winery in Margaret River and your wines just as good if not better. Keep up the great work and look forward staying again some day.

Site 5 - Jarvis Estate Winery and Camping
We had an amazing stay at Jarvis Estate Winery. The campsite sits right beside the vineyard, and waking up to rows of vines and soft morning light was honestly stunning. Our dogs absolutely loved it too – plenty of space to wander, sniff and explore, and the relaxed, open setting made it really easy to enjoy the weekend with them. We camped with friends, and the grassy sites were perfect for setting up our camper and outdoor area. There was loads of room, a really peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful trees offering shade. It never felt crowded, even with other campers around. The location is fantastic. We spent time in the Boranup Forest, and it was absolutely magical – towering karri trees, quiet trails, and that deep forest stillness you can’t help but soak in. Back at the winery, the wines were incredible. The staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming, creating such a relaxed experience. Tastings felt personal rather than rushed, and it was lovely enjoying a glass right where the grapes are grown. Overall, this spot is the perfect mix of nature, good wine, and easy, peaceful camping. Our friends loved it, our dogs loved it, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended.

The site was very spacious, well clear of other camp sites within the area. Location amongst the vines with good shade. Level sites made it easy to set up the van.

So awesome to camp along the vineyards. Plenty of room and you can have a camp fire. Very central to all the attractions and the lovely little town of Cowaramup. Excellent wines too!

When there are tenants with no kids, then it could be very quiet and peacefull. We had the first evening a lot of noisy from music and kids playing. The tenants at campsite 1 received two cars full of people and children visiting for a (kids?) party. (visitors of tenants should not really be allowed, if you pretend to be a rural, quiet campground). Luckily, they left in time, and things calmed down. Be carefull with a heavy campervan when it rains. The ground could be very muddy and you might got stuck in the mud. The rest was perfect, and the included wine tasting was well taken care of.

Beautiful big camp spot overlooking the vineyards. It was super peaceful and we loved going for the wine tasting and hearing all about how the vines are grown and sustained, it was also lovely to hear of the ethos and history behind Jarvis Estate. Even though it has been pouring with rain the day before we arrived, the ground wasn’t too soft where we were. It had dried up nicely. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much for having us.

We checked in for two nights, my husband wasn’t feeling great so I just went to the wine tasting, I did have a good time learning more about their winery and purchased a couple of bottles to support them (I don’t usually drink wine) My husband fell extremely unwell that night, so we had to race to bunbury hospital, which end up being emergency surgery. I rang the host first thing in the morning to tell him what had happened and that we wouldn’t be back for the second night & there was no offer of a refund/credit for the other night. Just thought a bit of compassion or offer of support would have been returned.

It’s ok. Cool fire pits for use. Views are nice. I rather the Olive Hill camp 5 mins down the road as they have great spaces, rubbish bins, dump point and water to top up if you’re running low (only during the stay). Jarvis estate doesn’t provide anything except for fire pits and a spot to camp.

Was a nice grassy area and had a firepit. The wine tasting was good. However it kind of felt like we were interrupting by checking in, and camping definately takes a back foot to the wine tasting and selling side.

Camping at a winery estate has always been something we’ve wanted to do, and it certainly met our expectations. Ulf greeted us warmly and with a great sense of humour. He explained everything we needed very clearly and directed us to a lovely location, very close to the vines. We tasted wines with Ulf as he filled us in on some of the history of Jarvis Estate and the surrounding Margaret River region. We loved our stay and would certainly be returning when next in the area.

This is the ultimate Winery experience, from Ulf's informed expose of fantastic Jarvis Wines to an extraordinary camp site right next to the vines he so knowledgeably extols. Waking up every morning to views of these vines in a camp site so spacious our nearest neighbour was at least 70 yards away will rank as one of my best caravanning experiences and one quite out of the ordinary. It is off-grid camping at its very best with a roaring fire/coals to cook a steak and swallow the delicious tibbles of wine purchased right from the cellar door a short walk, up through the vineyard from the campsite. They will even provide water and firewood. This is what makes this place truly special. Thanks Jarvis Wine Estate and thanks Ulf.

We had a great stay at Javis Estate. The area has had a lot of rain recently, and while the grass may have been damp, the campsite was solid. The estate has rotated the campsites to keep the areas suitable for camping. The hosts were fantastic, and their wines is a bonus of the stay. Highly recommended.

We didn't have the best start to our trip. The sites are not marked and basically 1st in best dressed. On arrival our site had been taken by another camper, who's site was already occupied by another camper who was to check-out at 11am. This didnt happen, so someone else's problem soon became ours as they had already set up on our site and the host wasn't replying to my messages. As we didn't have a site to set-up we decided to head off to lunch and hopefully return to a vacated site, this was not the case on return after 3pm. Finally the host made contact, firstly offering a full refund to find alternative accomodation then suggested another site. Location is great but host needs to be more proactive and responsive to messages if hosting.

Beautiful place to stay.. Gorgeous views over the vineyards.. Wines we’re gr8 too.. Lucas was amazing knowledgeable and fun.. The only downer was Sunday 21st .. we returned to the campsite after a superb day.. It was MY birthday it was 4:30pm cellar door open til 5 so we popped in to try a couple of reds with the intention of buying a bottle to have with dinner .. as we entered the German guy serving said we couldn’t taste the wines as their license forbid it after 4:30.. I work in a cellar door myself so I know how it ACTUALLY works .. got the impression he just wanted to go home .. we left .. a few minutes later I went back and explained why we had come.. as I’ve stated above and now quite teary I told him he’d spoilt a fabulous day and it was my birthday.. He said Oh I’m sorry here try some wine then.. REALLY.. I told him it was too late to be sorry and left.. Matt you lost a sale because of this staff member it was awful.. Having said all that though I would return to your beautiful place .. I also wanted to buy a T Shirt .. maybe next time 🙌
