We offer private, shady campsites out of town with bitumen access on our small mango farm, nestled on the banks of the Upper Ord River with views of the majestic Elephant Rock. Easy camping with flat ground, fire pits and plenty room to move, located 14 kms from Kununurra You must be FULLY self-contained, There are NO amenities available, including no toilet facilities. Please bring plenty of drinking water and your relaxed Kimberley vibe. No pets please. Whitegum Camp
Peaceful lovely stay for 3 nights. We visited Wyndam and Lake Argyle whilst there. Cool shady spots and no fuss or interaction with our hosts. But thanks for a fantastic stay!

Mango Camp
This was an absolutely stunning camp. We had the most delightful time under the mango trees. Susie was so kind and the supplied firewood was a lovely extra. So wonderful that we decided to hang around in the region much longer than originally anticipated!

Elephant Rock Camp
What a beautiful place to stay and absolutely fabulous hosts. Mark and Susie rescued us after our caravan needed repairing. They were the recommended repairers and happened to have a Hip Camp to hold our crippled caravan, and us, until the parts arrived to fix our van. They were amazingly helpful, accommodating and involved with the whole episode. The property was perfect to stay at and we really enjoyed our time there. Beautiful!!!

Lime Camp
First time using hipcamp and so glad we did! Mark & Susie’s property was the perfect place to settle in to the start of our lap. Lots of space, the fireplace with firewood was fantastic, not very far from town but far enough away to enjoy peace & quiet and the great outdoors! We loved seeing their kids riding around on tractors and motorbikes and the daily site inspections from the resident doggos Wally & Max definitely filled our bucket. Thanks Susie & Mark you have an exceptional place that we thoroughly enjoyed!

Whitegum Camp
We loved this little camp, just outside of camp. It was very peaceful and the kids loved seeing the horses in the paddock next door. A fire pit and wood is supplied for the first few nights which was great. Cons: A more expensive hip camp for us when no water is available and take your own rubbish etc. But overall a nice camp away from it all.

Elephant Rock Camp
Beautiful quiet campsite in very pretty settings. Although you share the area with others, the camp felt very private and the site was huge. We loved the big firepit and wood supplied. A perfect base to explore Kununurra and surrounds - sadly we only had one night, but would have happily stayed longer. Thanks for having us!

What a gorgeous property, we loved our stay and actually extended it. We loved the privacy and it was just the right distance out of town to enjoy the peace and quiet. We loved meeting the hosts who were lovely also. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay again!

We loved the peace and tranquility of the Mango Camp site. They provided firewood and fire pit was an added bonus. Wish we had more time to stay longer.

We absolutely loved our stay at jabiru camps, we spent a week and based ourselves here and did lots of day trips. The site was beautiful and shady under the mango trees with lots of grass, firewood was provided free of charge and the owners are lovely. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this spot!!!! Unfortunately didn’t get to meet Susie and Mark, but their property is amazing. Green grass with our spot nestled among the beautiful mango trees. Private, quiet and safe. Enjoyed a fire in the pit and wood provided. Short drive to town. View of elephant rock. Thank you! Highly recommend!!

Great spot to unwind and use as a base. Complimentary firewood was such a welcome idea ! Sat watching the stars for hours. Plenty of privacy and felt secure. Highly recommended!

Epic Camp
We stayed at the Epic Camp spot right down next to the river! Arriving to the sight was easy and well sign posted. The site was beautifully maintained, with a nice grassy spot to park up on and completely private. The host had even kindly prepared the fire along with fire wood for us! We had permission to use their kayaks and went for a paddle to look at Elephant Rock. It was a really special stay! Thanks Susie and Mark!

Great place to stay! Nice open area with lots of space between camp sites. The kids loved exploring, climbing the mango trees and visiting the cows. Great hosts, super friendly. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great quiet place with generous sized sites. Views of elephant rock, wood provided with a fire pit. Only 10 mins out of town. Kids loved meeting the hosts whom let them meet the resident cows and a game of cricket. Would definitely return!!

Great space. Limited other campers so it felt very relaxing and private. Beautiful cows in the paddock next to us greeting us each morning. Fire pit and wood all provided. Would highly recommend. Thanks Mark and Susie. See you next time

Mango Camp
Loved camping amongst the mango trees and the view out over the mountains was amazing. Camp sites were well spaced, with plenty of room for the kids to kick a ball and ride bikes safely. Ample firewood and good-sized fire pits were a nice touch, along with excellent communication from the friendly hosts. Thanks again for having us Mark & Susie - we already can’t wait to visit again!
