It’s a lovely spot on the top of a hill looking out across the farm. So a small area it had good bathrooms and a nice vibe.

The location of the farm and the surrounding area was beautiful. Daniel the caretaker was quick in receiving us and helped to show around. Anne responded to our late check in promptly as well.

Winter camping

Several powered sites and many many options for unpowered sites. Two kms out of town we were met by a very friendly caretaker Daniel who showed us where to park and appeared the next day with a dozen eggs. We were the only ones staying but believe it would be very busy in peak periods. Only downside would be in peak periods a separate toilet and shower block needs to be built. Would definitely stay here again. There had been lots of rain before we arrived but didn’t have any effect on sites.

Tent camping with our dogs

We had a lovely time camping at Green Valley Farm Stay in our tent. We brought along our old dog, and our puppy who is currently in training. We loved waking up to the sounds of kookaburras, Kulbardi (Magpie) songs and overhearing a cacophony of cows. We even saw some emus. The toilet and shower facilities were very clean, with hot water and good water pressure. The caretaker was very accomodating and has recently added a BBQ which meant we didn’t have to lug around our Weber and gas bottle. Overall, a great stay!

Lovely place for a quite camp, caretaker Daniel made us very welcome. Cows, emus horses were in sight. Having the private powered ensuite was a huge bonus. Definitely do it again for the peace & quite. A shirt drive to Pemberton & Windy Harbour & your 5mins from Northcliffe.

Site 6: Powered Campsite (8mx7m)

Wonderful camp site, was busy over Easter but still plenty of room for everyone. Shared bathrooms got really busy but we’re still clean and tidy. Daniel was a wonderful camp host and the kids loved playing with the kitten. Would definitely return it was a great location for a relaxing few days.

We went over the Easter Weekend and the site and utilities are clean and very well maintained. The caretaker is very easy to get along with and very friendly. We went with young children, and they never were bored, large open spaces to play and run and enjoy being a kid.

Camping in comfort & security.

Ease of access , greeted on approach and assisted to park up by Daniel. Reasonably level ground for caravans . All aspects of the camp were thoughtfully worked out . Amenities were of a very good standard and maintained well , despite some campers overstepping common sense. Close proximity to town,a short 15 minute walk .

Stayed again for this year's Karri Cup MTB event and is a convenient location. Good facilities, well priced but a lot more people this year compared to last year and probably not enough facilities for the amount of campers this time.

Site 5: Powered Campsite (8mx7m)

Green Valley Farmstay is a beautiful secluded spot where we enjoyed the scenery and exploring neighbouring areas for lake and woodland walks with our dog. Nearby Northcliffe guarantees a good feed at the Northcliffe Tavern and has a few little shops one selling local produce. Dan the caretaker was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed meeting him. We would definitely come back!

Sunrise over the farm

We stopped over for a night at this beautiful farm stay. Care takers were very helpful. We are self contained however was lovely to have a nice warm shower. Fresh spring water and beautiful sunrise on the hill. Beautiful spot! Would highly recommend.

It is very close to the Northcliffe town and easy to navigate. The informations were clear too. Though network is a bit tricky here even with Telstra, but nature covers it. It was my first ever camping, but a very good one. There is a toilet and shower facilities with hot water, water facilities, it helps a lot during camping. Due to easter break it was full, but everyone had their own little space. But what I enjoyed most was nature, I saw a stars along with milky way galaxy, which you can never see in city. Overall, I would rate this as good experience.

Lovely spot with good facilities

We were looking for a good place to stay overnight in our RV with our two kids on our way from Busselton to Denmark. Really great site, excellent caretaker, and clean bathrooms with a great shower. My only warning is don't trust Google maps, set it to the town (Northcliffe) and then turn onto Richardson Road (it has it there as Green Valley Farmstay). We ended up on what can best be described as a fire track in the dark and much higher up Richardson Road where thankfully we flagged down a local who got us back on track.

Awesome camping experience- beautiful country side, green, trees & the camp site had lovely grass no prickles either. The ensuite bathroom was fabulous, with a shower- lots of pressure , nice & hot. All super clean! We had a powered site with ensuite- best campsite! Northcliffe workers club has a real local country vibe with delicious pub style food. The local cafe gathers & graze was excellent, all the other eating places & pub were closed over the 4 days we visited.
