Graystone Farmstay is on 60 acres (paddocks and natural bush) located just 12kms from Hopetoun. There is an abundance of birdlife - a 'bird lovers' paradise - emus and kangaroos. We offer a number of sites for self-contained campers, with options by shade trees or more open areas. Campers are required to have a camping toilet (Portaloo) and be self-sufficient. This requirement will be checked upon arrival. For convenience, a Dump Point is located 10kms from the property. We have a river running along the edge of the property, and there are two unfenced dams, so children are to be supervised at all times. Your 'furbabies' are welcome and we request that they be kept on a leash as there is livestock on adjoining farms and wildlife on our property, and of course .... please clean up after your pet. You're welcome to leave your pet with the owner in a fully enclosed yard, whilst you venture out on a day trip, perhaps to visit the Fitzgerald River National Park, for a small fee. Graystone is an 8-minute drive to Hopetoun beaches and townsite and 12 minutes to the magnificent Fitzgerald River National Park, a Recognised World Biosphere. Campfires are not permitted at this time of the year. Come and enjoy the serenity and brilliant night skies at Graystone Farmstay.'Graystone Farmstay' is on 60 acres located just 12kms from Hopetoun. A peaceful place..
We loved the peace and privacy of this place. Great birdlife around and a walk down to the river early morning was a great start to the day. Fitzgerald River National Park was a famous day and on the doorstep, along with Hopetoun and gorgeous beaches. Thanks to Kim and Meredith for fab hosting.

Great place to stay, quiet and close to Hopetoun. Camp site was secluded and protected from the wind.

Loved it!
We loved our stay at Graystone. The location was perfect for us. It was quiet and peaceful, the bush had great bird life, and a highlight - the spotted thigh frogs. Meredith and Kim were both very welcoming and we would definitely like to return and spend more time here.

Farm Stay - Loved it
Fantastic place. Our camp site was private and sheltered. Our hosts Meredith and Kim were super helpful. Short drive to the dump point, supermarket and beach. We extended our stay an extra 2 nights.

Great family camp base for the area
Wonderful site close to Hopetoun. Loved the bush, and excellent hosts who made sure everything was good then left us to ourselves! We stayed five nights and would have stayed longer if we could. Great location to explore the region - we will be back!
