READ ALL information prior to booking 👇 The not so fun stuff! Close the front gate even if it’s open. 5km max around property Check in is strictly between 2pm and 6pm. If you require check in out side these times additional fees apply(select these in the extras options, prior to arrival) Take your rubbish no bins supplied. We have 1 shower and toilet cubicle for the property (this is due to our licensing and registration restrictions) this is usually more then adequate but in peak times (public holidays) there can be a wait. PS there is an extra toilet in the green garden shed behind the main toilet. BYO toilet paper When parking in your site please be aware of sprinklers, they are all above ground and generally quite visible. There is a $50 repair charge for broken or damaged sprinklers and $250 for solenoids. Injuries and fatalities to our animals. We have 2 dogs Mack(BIG PUPPY) & Vegas (pug sometimes I’m hard to see from your car) free range chickens and Guinea fowl that like to visit For any injuries caused guests are 100% liable for all vet costs. fatalities to the birds incur a $150 fee. Due to council and safety regulations, on days with catastrophic fire warnings and vehicle movement bans the property is required to be evacuated. If the need for evacuation occurs you will be refunded the portion of your stay when the warnings are in place. Gas cookers are allowed during the summer however no fire or coal/webber cookers. Under NO circumstances is outside timber/firewood to be brought onto our property for bio security reasons. If you do you will be asked to wrap it,seal it and take it home immediately! FUN STUFF Beautiful reticulated property, grassy sites and plenty of wildlife. Usually plenty of room to spread out ( not so much in peak periods) Relax on our beautiful lawns or one of our hammocks and let the resident frogs 🐸 sing you to sleep. As you wander you may help yourself to the herbs growing but please leave the fruit and veg! lay out a picnic blanket and have a glass of wine and nibbles. They will pair beautifully with our homemade jams and chutneys available onsite. On hot days I’m happy to turn on the retic for big & little kids to run through. We Enjoyed our Camp at Fozo Farm very much , We were booked in Kerry's spot 2 and we thought our Son had booked the spot next two us, but he had booked Over the Hill spot 4 so when we realised this upon our arrival, Janelle very kindly looked to see if she could place us next to each other, and as this turned out to be possible, we ended up staying in Over the Hill 4 , Thank you Janelle for this it made our Camping long weekend away awesome. The highlight for me personally was the beautiful grass at every camp ,it was like Camping in a lovely park. Thanks again we will definitely be coming back to this great location.

Only and hour from Perth, close to Guilderton, Seabird, Lancelin and Gingin. Lovely property with grassed areas for camping. Toilet and shower and potable water. Mack the dog is large but friendly and a bit slobbery 😂. Lovely to have the chickens wandering around.

Beautiful farm property near Gingin with lush green lawns. The owner gives plenty of guidance on what’s expected, but it’s all to keep the place looking great. It’s super well looked after and an awesome spot to camp. Will be back!

My family and I stayed here for a quick 2 nighter. What a cool place, Janelle was awesome to deal with and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, especially the kids. Worth the stay👍

The host was lovely but unfortunately they set up the sites right next to each other like a caravan park so no privacy.
