Loved our week stay at Brockstop over Easter, many beautiful sites around the lake to choose your perfect site, surrounded by trees, birds and open sky. Even though there were other groups there, you didn't really hear or see eachother. If you are wanting a bush camp, away from the hoards, would definitely recommend .
N.B. The site is just outside of Pemberton, not Margaret River as advertised! However, it is in a great location, central to many attractions in the area, including the fabulous bakery in Pemberton!! Will definitely be back.

Very nice setting but no designated sites and no information provided in advance outside basic directions. Managed to get a good spot for our group with some luck but others arriving later had some average spots to choose from. Also not a lot of separation and seems no limits on the number of campers so we ended up with someone quite close. Overall we enjoyed our time and it's very peaceful but would be unlikely to return without knowing you could choose a suitable spot and have some privacy.

Used to be a great spot when there were 2 sites and felt really private but now it has been increased to 8 and there isnt really enough locations to camp so you will have people close to you. Was my go to spot for awhile but ill now look for more private locations. Was great while it lasted.

Awsome spot and have been here a few times now as there was only 2 sites so there was a good chance to have the place to yourself. It is a nice forrest setting with a large man made dam as the main feature, unfortunately the site number has increased to 8 so its not as private as it once was.

We loved camping by the lake and had the whole place to ourselves. It was a great opportunity to have our dog Milly off lead, she was living her best life.
We took our kayaks the lake is large and very clean.
We only went for the weekend so will go for a week next time to explore the walking trails a bit more.
The Pemberton train through the Forrest allows dogs so we all went for a ride. It was well worth it.

Great, very private camp-site amongst the beautiful karri trees and large lake. Luckily we were the only ones there so enjoyed it even more. Lots of tracks to walk through and enjoy the bush.

Fantastic would love to live here. Very quiet no flys or mosquitoes. The trees gave different colours as the sun moved around the dam. Needs a bit more work to make it perfect but very close. Can’t wait to take the grandkids.

A beautiful relaxing place if you love nature don’t mind open spaces that are still developing a large lake and potentially the place to yourself.
Just carry a a small chainsaw in case you have to cut any fallen branches on your way out.
We loved having the place to ourselves. Lovely bird life. Nice and quiet and dark at night. Bring everything you need.
There’s so much potential for growth on this land

Unfortunately the host was not contactable and we could not access the site on booked date and had to seek alternative camping site late in the day. The relevant information sent on the day due to leave was unhelpful. We recommend if the host goes away, they organise suitable other communication methods so that people are not let down.

Very peaceful place. We had a very relaxing weekend amongst the trees and was able to paddleboard in the beautiful refreshing water.
We enjoyed the privacy we had and not being able to hear anyone else definately made you feel you were remote and in nature. Highly recommend!!

This campsite is beautiful - the lake, the trails, the national park. Everything is lovely. Kasey is a wonderful host. Grateful for the firewood he gave us. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic off grid camping spot that still has you close to Pemberton for any supplies. Beautiful spot right on the dam looking out to the forest, we highly recommend this little peaceful spot.
