Located on the foothills of the Darling Range in Keysbrook Western Australia, Bolinda Vale Farm is a real working farm breeding Beef cattle and Merino sheep which has been in the same family since 1926. We offer neat nature based campsites in the gully and all campsites are on the banks of the babbling Dirk Brook with a good distance between campsites for privacy. A great property to reconnect with country Please note, to get to the campsites there is a farm track and for most, a creek crossing. We recommend 4WD or SUV to access ALL campsites. Perfect place for caravans, camper trailers, rooftop tents, tents, swags, vans to various campsites. There are horses and Scottish Highland cattle that usually greet you near the main entrance, and sheep and cattle graze the hill country and surrounds. Plenty more for nature lovers here, including red-tailed cockatoos that flock to the gully to feed on the Marri trees, plus many other birds. The resident Wedge-tail eagles soar above making the most of the thermals created from the hills and the local kangaroos Dogs are welcome but must remain on leads at ALL times as this is a working farm. You MUST bring your own camping toilet and be COMPLETELY 100% self sufficient with everything including drinking water We have a Leave No Trace policy, so ask that you please take all waste with you. Strictly No Pre Booking tours of campsites allowed, a good description and photos of each campsite is available online. ALL campers are to be booked in prior to arriving at the farm. No entry for extra campers on day of arrival if not booked in as they will not be permitted to enter the property STRICTLY NO DAY VISITORS ALLOWED Campfires permitted when local government restrictions aren't in place. PLEASE NOTE At times Bolinda Vale Farm management may reinforce their own fire restrictions, as we know the vegetation and lay of the land in the gully

This is a lovely site on the foothills, less secluded Creek crossing & little bit more undulating in the paddock to get to the camp site. Right on the foothill of a large hill to the east, situated overlooking the Dirk Brook. Cook outside with a fully equiped gas BBQ and side burner for boiling the kettle Drinking bottled water is supplied Maisie is setup to be Off Grid & Eco Friendly, installed with a Solar charged inverter, low voltage power is supplied. Also a unique bush style outdoor composting toilet & cold camp shower is provided close by Enjoy the outdoor setting & firepit next to the brook, and unwind. Curl up with a good book, a cuppa tea and take in the sounds of nature & the farm A perfect couples getaway or somewhere to enjoy some "me " time. Maisie caters for maximum 2 people, Strictly NO extra campers allowed at this site A little hint of luxury but still rustic bush camping, just arrive and relax. Oh, what a special place. Once I arrived I did not want to leave! The sound of the babbling brook, the birds, the fresh air. The cuteness and comfort inside! Maisie is just gorgeous and Deb super helpful and lovely :) can't wait to come back!

Sheltered spot, we scored an amazing weekend with beautiful weather. Trickling stream, sheep, cows, horses as you driving to the camp Spots. Deb amazing, left us to ourselves but quick to respond- great communicator. Loved it, 2nd time here, different site but will definitely be back. Close to Perth but feels like miles away - very relaxing. Thanks for sharing.

Cattle Gully has it all. Big shady trees running creek and such a peaceful place to camp ...even without a camp fire at the moment this spot is a favorite. I loved having the sheep walk casually by. Very special place.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Sheep Gully. The photos online show a grassy, inviting campsite, but when we arrived, the entire area was covered in cow manure. We had to spend time cleaning up just to have a place to set up our tents, which is completely unacceptable for a paid site. To make matters worse, we had a medical emergency one night and a friend needed to bring in medicine. Despite confirming with Deb beforehand that we could come and go as long as we closed the gates (which we did), we received aggressive texts and calls from her around 9pm, complaining that we woke her up. This was very stressful and uncalled for, especially given the circumstances. We have camped at many sites as a group, and this was by far the worst experience. If you don’t want guests coming and going, perhaps don’t offer your property for camping. I would not recommend Sheep Gully, especially for larger groups.

Our stay at Bolinda Vale Farm “Kelpie Gully” was everything we hoped for — peaceful, serene, and truly relaxing. The wide open spaces, the quiet atmosphere, and the beautiful views made it so easy to unwind and enjoy the moment. Deb, the owner, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One unexpected bonus was the great phone signal, which made it easy to stay connected when we needed to. It’s not always something you get when camping, so it was a big plus for us. We’re definitely coming back — it’s the perfect spot to recharge and soak in some real country peace.

Well this place really lives up to the reviews. Absolutely beautiful spot we had next to the river which was still flowing really well. Deb was fantastic to deal with and really responsive to questions. We also bought a dozen eggs (which were delicious) for breakfast both mornings. We’ll definitely be back! Deb also got a permit so we were able to have a fire which was the cherry on top.

I loved camping at Deb’s farm the scenery was absolutely stunning it was quiet, there were other campsites but not too close. The little rambling stream is gorgeous and the sound of the stream and birds are delightful. We camped under the trees which helped keep the tent cool during the day. Highly recommend for people in tents. Cattle gully. Easy to understand directions. Thanks Deb unfortunately we didn’t get to meet you but understand you are running a farm. Overall stunning!!

Just a beautiful location . We stayed at frog 🐸 gully .. just us and the frogs 🐸. ❤️ So peaceful, so much space , we luved it . 🥰 Unfortunately we only had time for a one night stay but we will definitely be back and for much longer 🌅. Thankyou Deb, so friendly easy location to find and kept in touch with us . WE WILL BE BACK ! 🧑‍🌾

Red Tail Cockatoo Gully
Absolutely stunning site! We stayed for 2 nights at red tail cocky, the creek was a life saver for our kids and dog as the weather warmed up quite a bit while we were there. Not the most secluded site as you can see people driving in and out as well as sites either side but it’s so spread out that we barely noticed they were there. So glad we found this place as it’s so close to home too! Will 100% be back.

This is our second visit to Bolinda Vale and it won't be our last. Love the property. So nice to fall asleep to the sound of the babbling stream. Deb has set it up so nicely and camp spots are speerat from each other so you have privacy. So close to Serpentine and Jarrahdale that there is just not enough time to do everything.

We stayed 2 nights at up the gully and loved it - such a beautiful spot, so peaceful and relaxing. Deb was very helpful and all the directions and self check in instructions were easy to follow. The farmshop is a lovely addition with fresh eggs, produce etc & payment options. We will definitely be back.

Amazing place to stay. Water creek running water sounds all day and night keeps your stay even more amazing. Host Deb help us during late check in and giving detailed directions. Just be mindful when locating the fame name on google will probable send you in different location. Detailed address fro Hipcamp booking will direct you on correcy location. Will return and need to invite more friend to enjoy this wonderful farm stay.
