Blackwood Diamond in Augusta Our 14 acres property is conveniently located only 3 minutes away from the historic Augusta town centre and positioned very close to Bussell Highway and Caves Road, within a 5 minutes drive to Jewel Cave, 15 minutes drive to Hamelin Bay and 25 minutes from Margaret River. Whether you are looking for a calm and secluded place to relax and spend the day quietly, or a strategic place to rest after visiting some of the South West most special places, you will find that our property offers a range of possibilities. Just a short walk from the camp will take you to the Leeuwin National Park and to the Blackwood River. With luck you will spot the dolphins that come to this side of the bay everyday. And if you enjoy SUP, Kayaking, bush walking and bike riding, bring your gear! This is the right place for it! To stay at our place, you will need a positive energy, appreciation for nature and a self-contained 4WD RV, with your own portable toilet and shower. You also will need to bring your own drinking water. We also have a powered site located near the family house and the shared playground. This site is not isolated, and suits a family that enjoys being social. Please send us a message with your enquiry about powered sites prior booking. If you prefer to keep your privacy and minimal social contact, we encourage you to book the unpowered sites far from the playground area. To stay at our property, you will need to respect some very important rules: - We respect our neighbours and the community, therefore, noise must be kept to minimum. - Parties, other visitors or excessive drinking (enough to cause disruptive behaviour) are not allowed. - Children must be supervised at all times, as this property has some unfenced dams. As in all bushland areas, we can also be surprised by wild visitors, such as kangaroos and snakes. - To protect our very precious region, we have a NO FIRE POLICY, including a NO SMOKING POLICY. - Guests will need to leave no trace when they check-out. All the rubbish must be collected and taken with you when you leave. - - Dogs must be on a leash all the times. (please note that dogs are not allowed at Lilly Pilly Campsite). If you have any questions, please feel free to ask us, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs! We look forward to welcoming you to our special place.

      Private and spacious yet only 5 minutes from Augusta. If you enjoy your own space and the sounds of nature then consider this site. Splendid wrens, thornbills, golden whislers the list of birds is only limited by your ability to identify them. Nice walk to the river (3km) through the trees. We stayed in Melaleuca and would definitely stay again. Oh and the eggs were a nice bonus - thank you Vania.

      Lilly Pilly Campsite
      To start, the owners were great communicators and stayed in touch with us from the very beginning. They went out of their way to make sure we arrived without worry and once there they could not have been any more helpful. The site was easy to access, clean, quiet and tranquil with views of large open paddock full of wildlife and lovely birds. We needed a powered site and that was provided with two different plug options and easy hookup. All in all this was a lovely and completely positive experience.

      The hosts are responsive and very nice & friendly. The sites are great (sufficiently away from each other) and the location is far away from any major road. You are also close to locations like Hamelin Bay or Margaret River. Highly recommended!!!
