đŸ”„ campfires as per shire rules are allowed between April 30th and October 1st đŸ”„ Thanks all Our family moved to Toodyay 5 years ago after spending 8 years in Kalgoorlie, we dreamt of space to keep animals and raise our children. Avonbrook is ideal with its yearlong Creek and rocky outcrops for our Dexter cattle and Nigerian Dwarf x goats. We hope to enjoy for many years to come. We have 3 campsites at the moment, site A is the smaller of them. There are unfortunately a few ants nests around so please be aware and pitch up anywhere around the site thats best, even on the paddock side if suits... thanks, Sarah PS the cows can be naughty and like to chew cords so keep the gate shut to resist temptation! Hope you enjoy your stay on our land. Proceeds go back into feeding livestock and the maintenance of our farm. We appreciate it so much as an exchange of services and an amazing contribution towards raising our family thankyou Please no camp-fires during shire restricted periods of 1st Oct till 30 Apr thanks

Avonbrook creekside Site 2
We had a wonderful time at site 2 on Sarah’s property. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. The kids loved playing around the creek, climbing trees and hunting for yabbies. It was quiet and serene, and far enough away from the other campers that we felt like we had privacy and our own space to enjoy. 10 minutes from Toodyay, it was great to drive in and wander around, and then have our wonderful campsite to come back and relax in. Thank you so much for your property! We also had our west highland terrier with us and he was fine; far enough away from any livestock to be a mother,

Avonbrook Creekside Site 1
Great spot for a quiet relaxing getaway. Lots of ants, hard to get away from. Site 2 is the largest with the most flat ground.
