Columbia River View Geodesic Dome
Kelly’s place was the perfect escape for a 2-night getaway! It was our first time camping with our two kids, and this spot was the ideal introduction — a comfortable mix between a tent and a cozy tiny home. The Dome had everything we needed for a short stay, and the views were absolutely stunning.
Kelly was incredibly kind and responsive, always making sure we had what we needed. Our kids especially loved playing with Boone (the friendly host dog), feeding the goats, and the chickens — such a fun experience for them!
Even though the host’s home is visible, the site still felt private and welcoming. We also recommend checking out the Port of Kalama and Horseshoe Lake while you’re in the area.
Would absolutely stay again!

We loved our stay in the dome on Goode Time Ranch — it’s such a unique and special place. Kelly was an incredibly kind and thoughtful host who went out of her way to connect with us and our 6-year-old daughter. She even taught her how to gently pick up and hold chickens, which quickly became the highlight of the trip!
The dome itself is beautiful and super comfortable. Our family of 3 got an amazing night's sleep. In the morning, Kelly made us a delicious fresh egg breakfast that was such a lovely touch. We also enjoyed exploring the forest walk and playing endless rounds of fetch with their sweet dog Boone.
We were honestly sad we had only booked one night and can’t wait to come back for a longer stay. This place truly feels like a little slice of heaven. As our daughter was falling asleep, she said, “This was a really good day.” We couldn’t agree more. ❤️

Kelly is very welcoming and created a beautiful and sublime atmosphere for guests to both have time and space to themselves as well as feeling welcome to explore, to chat with her, to visit with her goats and chickens or play a game of disc golf or axe throwing. The Dome was decorated in a simple yet elegant way that felt inviting while also providing a step back from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Perfect for a quiet getaway.

The dome was the perfect getaway. Kelly and Boone made us feel so incredibly welcomed. The space was clean, spacious, and peaceful. Kelly is an amazing chef and made us an amazing breakfast with fresh eggs. Would definitely recommend this hip camp to anyone. Such a blissful experience. Thank you!!

Columbia River View Geodesic Dome
The geodesic dome was so fun! Kelly was very accommodating, the dome had everything we needed and more! Kelly graciously walked us around her property and let us pet all her farm animals! She even made us a farm fresh egg for breakfast!

Columbia River View Geodesic Dome
Our family stayed here for a night and it was wonderful to say the least! We were met by Kelly and her sweet dog Boone who showed us around and made us feel at home. We got to meet her chickens and goats and even did a nature walk around the property with them! My son really got a kick out of all the animals and got to pet and feed them treats that Kelly was so kind enough to provide. The views were incredible and the egg and salad breakfast Kelly so kindly prepared for us in the morning was a wonderful addition to the stay as well. Would definitely love to stay again and get a chance to check out the sauna, it looked awesome! Overall it was a wonderful stay and thanks again to Kelly and Randy for sharing their property with us!

My partner and I had such an amazing time in the geodesic dome! Kelly went above and beyond as a host! The spot features gorgeous views of the Columbia river, along with farm animals, yard games, a hottub, and a sauna! What more could you want!? The dome was incredibly comfortable and Kelly had the place stocked with snacks, wine, board games, TV, and Wifi. My partner and I played Cornhole, played fetch with Boone (Kelly's dog), pet the goats, fed the chickens, cooked veggie dogs on the fire, and in the morning Kelly brought us eggs with toast and a delicious salad. It was such a relaxing time and an incredible getaway we will remember for a long time.
