Conveniently located just 2.2 miles from I-5 is 10 acres of beautiful farm land with Beaver creek running through it. There are trees, open playing fields and volleyball net, play yard with trampoline and rope swings, pond with adjacent deck and fire pit, a footbridge over the creek to access trails and tent sites. We offer full hook-ups (water, sewer, 30 amp electricity) for 7 RV spots also great for tents. Also Site 8 is for a tent or RV without hook-ups. Site 9 is for tents only. We welcome your furry friends, but please count them as a person when booking. Hot outdoor showers are available to campers mid March through mid October. There is one composting toilet near the volleyball field. Wildlife likely to be seen: black-tailed deer, raccoons, grey squirrels, rabbits, opossum, various birds, frogs and crawdads.

Site 4
We ended up staying in site 4 since they were moving dirt to plant grass for site 3. The kids loved the playground area they had. Large swing and a big tree they loved climbing on. Plenty of space to move around. The pond was drained most of the way, but it looks like it might have been that way due to the winter time. Not your typical campsite, but they had full hookups, and for the price, was a great place to spend the night!

We had sites 1-4 and it was perfect! The kids had a blast on the playground and the dogs enjoyed all of the space. Definitely recommend.

Site 1
We circled back to this site after our last review of a couple days ago. It’s well set up for larger rigs and has full hookups. Conveniently located just 2or 3 miles off of I-5, it’s easy to access and works well for anyone wanting a peaceful night’s sleep. Kim is a friendly and attentive host as well. We’ll be back.
