Here, you'll find 25 acres with water frontage, overlooking the Belfast Lough. The Block is just 300 metres off the highway and has all-weather road access, so it's ideal for an overnight pit stop or to park up for a few days and enjoy the region. From camp, you'll have views of Port fairy and Tower hill. There is a golf course and airstrip on the opposite side of the Belfast Lough. And it's just two minutes drive from Port Fairy, and 15 minutes from Warrnambool. Electricity is available if needed, and we do have bore water (unsuitable for drinking). The Belfast Lough is fed by the Moyne River, which passes through Port Fairy. It's a great spot for recreational fishing, with black bream, sea mullet, estuary perch, mulloway, whiting, barracouta, snapper and Australian salmon. The estuarine salt marshes provide important feeding areas for many migratory bird species and the endangered Orange-bellied parrot - so it's also a great spot for bird watchers! The area offered for camping enjoys water frontage, overlooking the vast Belfast Lough. There are options for kayaking, windsurfing, fishing and there's a golf course close by.  You'll have plenty of space to spread out, it's a large open grass area that is level. Good access for all types of set ups. There is electricity and bore water available (not suitable for drinking though).  Just two minutes from Port Fairy. Tower Hill, Koroit and Warrnambool are all within a short drive, as is the Port Fairy rail trail.  Please note: We do not offer facilities here, so you'll need to be self-contained, with your own camp toilet, and please take all waste with you when you leave.  Pets welcome.
