Welcome to Tawonga Tourist Park, where adventure meets relaxation in the heart of Victoria's stunning High Country. We're excited to announce that we're officially open after extensive refurbishment and a range of exciting new additions. Our brand new reception area is waiting to welcome you, along with a new café and retail area where you can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. And speaking of exploring, our newly refurbished cabins are looking absolutely gorgeous and are the perfect base for your next adventure. We've also undergone extensive underground infrastructure works to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible. Tawonga Tourist Park is nestled in a beautiful valley surrounded by the unique Bogong National Park and magnificent Bogong high plains. With easy access from Albury/Wodonga, Wangaratta, and surrounding historic townships, our park is the perfect destination for your next holiday. Whether you're interested in fishing, skiing, hiking, swimming or simply relaxing by the campfire, we've got you covered. Our range of facilities, including newly refurbished cabins, amenities blocks, cafe, BBQ area, and camp kitchen, are designed to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Great tourist park with complete amenities. Our site is facing a huge open field facing the mountains - a great spot for dog walks. Ice and wood are available to purchase, which is so handy!

This site is a rare gem! The campsite is right next to a beautiful river and set amongst established trees which give plenty of protection and carve out the individual sites. We happened to be there right as Autumn set in so the trees were particularly spectacular. We booked a powered site and it was next to one of the fixed cabins, so felt cosy. The facilities are brilliant too - great camp kitchen and the amenities blocks are clean and modern. On our last night the owner walked around to all the sites to introduce himself and check in on how our stay was - which we thought was a very considerate touch. Can't recommend the Tawonga Tourist Park enough - we will absolutely be back!

Really well maintained and beautiful pet-friendly camping spot. The facilities were great! Mel and team are really awesome, and were incredibly kind, helpful and understanding. Our stay got cut short due to a personal emergency, but we are so looking forward to returning! Thank you for your hospitality.

This was an outstanding place. Staff are extremely helpful, especially Tony. The whole campground is kept extremely clean and tidy. You can just tell that Tony takes great pride in keeping the place looking amazing. Shower pressure was lovely and toilets were spotless.
