We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The site was very private and had a really nice outlook through the trees.

Erin's site is amazing, such a beatiful paddock with amazing views of the sunrise across the fields. The site is opposite the state first which makes it feel very remote and private. Loved it, would definitely return!

Well laid out property where the three campsites are spread out over the farm. The other two were in use while we were there but we barely saw any of them. We had the site closest to the main house, which meant we could easily access the toilet, and right beside three very inquisitive horses. It is also only a short 10 minute drive into Castlemaine.
Erin and Glen were great hosts who were around when needed, but mostly kept their distance and left us to our own devices.
Highly recommend and will probably go back.

Erin was super friendly, and it had everything we hoped for.
We saw kangaroos, wallabies, deer and birds here. Great little secluded spot where we could wander off into the state forest behind.
Being a Symes myself, it was great to stay on some land that my ancestors once worked too.
Highly recommended and we will return. :-)

Property was nice and relaxing. Erin and family were lovely too.
The front paddock where we were was probably a bit closer to the house than we realised but still private. Would recommend.

Great private spot to get away from the city. Kids ran about in the nearby bush. Close to Castlemaine too which was a bonus.

We stayed in our small campervan on a level site under the afternoon shade of a huge gum, near the house. A short stroll to a toilet and washbasin. Horses in nearby paddocks, two very friendly dogs. Serene and peaceful place with views to distant hills and great stargazing. Very friendly operators! Not too far from Castlemaine, Hepburn Springs and Daylesford. Highly recommended!

Great spot, very private, beautiful view of the stars. A great place to get away for a private camp. Erin was lovely and helpful. Fireplace was nice, good shade in the afternoon from the trees.
