Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
My property is a small hobby farm of 7.5 acres located on the fringe of Geelong Victoria. It is a basic paddock with plenty of room for campervans, caravans etc. The paddock is an ideal stopover for those traveling on the Spirit of Tasmania. It's located approximately 10 minutes from the Spirit terminal making it an easy stopover the night before you sail. The block is for self-contained campers only, so please ensure you have your own toilet and shower facility. Pet friendly!Follow the signs to Spirit of Tassie Paddock and pull up in my open grass paddocks and set up camp with ease. Plenty of space to spread out for some privacy. At times there could be sheep, chicken or a cow roaming in the paddocks, please drive slowly and make sure to leave any gates as you found them. (If they are open leave them open if shut leave them shut) Pets are welcome but please keep on lead at all times as I have sheep and chickens. Less than 10 minutes drive in the morning to the Spirit of Tasmania terminal in North Geelong. No facilities, so only self-contained campers please. Vehicles with trailers over 22ft may be a bit of a squeeze through the gateways. If you turn the gate with the sign into the driveway and pull up the dropper (this is loose) it opens up the angle into the paddock.

Great spot for an overnight stop……paddock gate entry just a tad tricky with a van ie for me an inexperienced driver🤪😊

Property is listed for sale so may not be available for camping in the future. In any case, any review prior to sale may not be relevant when new owners purchase property. Pick any spot in the paddocks- we chose furthest away from large power lines. Quiet. Perfect for a stopover.
