This is a great place to camp, beautiful spot in and around the grape vines, peaceful surroundings and a few kangaroo victors. And if you want to level up your experiences, pop into the cellar door and taste some of their vines. Lovely people and and lovely spot.

Camping in the Vineyard with Vino!

We had a fantastic stay camping at Sandhurst Winery in our 21ft caravan. The setup suited us perfectly as we are self-sufficient, with plenty of space to settle in comfortably right on the property surrounded by beautiful vineyard views. Waking up among the vines was a real highlight, especially with the peaceful, open setting and relaxed atmosphere. It felt private and quiet, yet still close enough to enjoy everything the winery has to offer. The cellar door was a standout – the wine tasting was genuinely enjoyable, with great variety and friendly, welcoming service that made the experience feel personal rather than rushed. It’s a great spot if you’re travelling with a caravan and want something a bit more special than a standard campground. We’d happily stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed winery stay with good wine, lovely scenery, and easy caravan access 20 mins from the heart of Bendigo City. We travel to Bendigo often, so this will definitley remain on our list if places to stay. Stacey, Jo, Andy and David were all wonderful to deal with.

Great place to camp. Private spot overlooking the vineyards, handy to visit the surrounding historic towns. Onsite wine tasting and fire pit provided. Really enjoyed our stay.

Loved our stay here. Did a wine testing with Jo managed to buy a couple of bottles of their wine and the pub in town is worth a visit for a delicious meal. Definitely recommend staying here.

Weekend getaway

What an amazing weekend getaway! 🚐 We stayed at a fantastic spot from March 13-15, 2026, with our 20ft caravan. Site 1 offered easy access and stunning vineyard views, complete with visits from local kangaroos at dusk. 🍇 The hosts were incredibly warm and inviting, making us eager to return! Vineyard, tastings and welcoming

Beautiful location overlooking the vineyard, stunning sunsets and Stacey opened the cellar door for tastings just for us. Beautiful wines. Wonderful welcoming environment, a short drive to Bendigo and would definitely recommend and will stay again whenever in the area.

Relax with a view!

Lots of space to set up for camping, with a beautiful view of the vineyard. Stacey was an excellent host, very accommodating. Toilets were not far from the campsite and well maintained.

Vines and kangaroos

We had a fantastic stay at the top dam. We were met by Jo at cellar door and taken through to the site. Instantly peaceful - the view and the privacy of the site great. The cellar door - a must. Jo was very helpful and is a wonderful host. Two families with dogs- one camper trailer and one caravan. Heaps of space to set up.

Vineyard relaxation

Stacey is the perfect host. We were welcomed at the cellar door. Stacey showed us to our camp site and told us about the property. We loved staying next to the vineyard. Beautiful views. Lovely and quiet. Fire pits are available for a campfire. Relaxing walk around the vineyard. Wine tastings and cheese platters at the cellar door. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Stunning setting and peaceful camp. Just me and the kangaroos. Lovely firepit . Hosts super friendly and welcoming. I stayed for one night but wish it could have been for longer. I was able to purchase a lovely bottle of wine at the cellar door to celebrate what was my last night of a 3 week solo camp trip.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Sandhurst Ridge Winery with our host, Stacey, over the grand final weekend. From the moment we arrived, Stacey made us feel warmly welcomed and well looked after. Waking up to the beautiful vineyard views each morning was such a treat, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind. Stacey was a fantastic host—friendly, approachable, and always happy to share local tips and knowledge about the winery and the region. The wine tasting was fabulous. Our time at Sandhurst Ridge felt special and memorable, and we left feeling both rested and grateful. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a mix of comfort, hospitality, and stunning scenery.

Fabulous View and Hosts

We loved our family holiday at Sandhurst Ridge Vineyard. Our caravan, camper trailer and 3 tents all fit with plenty of room. The view over the vineyard was breathtaking and the hosts were amazing especially young Jackson who delivered our wood for the fires each day. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with family or friends

We had a great stay - the location was lovely with sunsets overlooking the vines and kangaroos hopping through. The amenities were really good, with a handy toilet and beautiful cellar door for wine tastings and sales. Our hosts could not have been kinder or more hospitable. Thankyou!

We loved our week staying at Sandhurst Ridge, Stacey and her family were very welcoming. There were 3 spots to choose from, we were near the old vineyards and it was great. Had the use of a fire pit and Stacey sells wood if you need. While we were there, we attended the cellar door and walked out purchasing a few bottles. Lovely setting and wine. Also we were shown the cabins for rent, there are 2. We will go back with our friends that don't have vans. Thanks again Stacey and all the family.
