The gate width is 3.62m We invite owners of self contained vehicles to utilize this great quiet and peaceful location to park your vehicle. A beautiful small property that has water and power readily available, even an outdoor hot/cold shower! The property has a small cottage on it that is not occupied during your stays, although the cottage is bookable, but seperate to hipcamp, inquiries welcomed. Feel comfortable and welcome in this great locale.RV Haven Phillip Island site is a 3mx10m gravel space with water tap, single phase 240v outlet and outside hot/cold shower. There are no bathroom amenities here, Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them and leave no trace. There are no hookups at this site. A front deck area with table and chairs and a gated yard are available for use. This exclusive property is provided private and secure with a 3.62m sliding driveway gate to enter. There is a BBQ is available on request. Please read and abide by our property rules. Acceptance of your booking constitutes your binding to the rules. Depending on the booking, a small security deposit may be required.
