What an awful experience. We showed up dead tired after having to search in the dark with no signs for the service road to take that they demand you take instead of their much easier to find driveway. After finally finding the correct service road you then have to drive through rough terrains to find the back entrance to their property - again zero signs. Upon finally finding their entrance to the tiny home, we arrive to find no blankets, no pillows and no heat. In the dead of winter. Thankfully we had our own as we have been previously travelling around Tasmania. Even with our own blankets we were still freezing all night long. For almost 100 bucks all you get is the world’s most uncomfortable sofa mattress and frost bite. Would not recommend to anyone. They even require their guests to empty their own drop toilet bucket… no thank you!

We loved staying the night in the Geo tiny house. It was very quiet, quaint, and had a lot of land surrounding the house making it feel private whilst outside by the fire. We brought our own wood, but there was plenty there we could use too. The bed was comfy, the house stayed warm, good kitchen and bathroom facilities, although there were no cups/mugs or towels provided, however Nicola kindly brought us over some towels upon request. One thing to note is there's no fridge so byo eski. Thanks for having us, Nicola and Dan!

Sapling Grove - Bushcraft Shelter
The camp site is at the back of the property, far enough away to not worry about annoying the residents.
There was a nice little bushcraft shelter as seen in the pictures, with an existing space for a fire pit (this was the location we stayed), as well as other locations around the property with a more bare-bones fire pit and flat location to set up. The bushcraft shelter had a couple of makeshift benches and a partially covered entertainment area (could probably do with a new tarp or cover to rainproof it).
The toilet (composting) and shower is in a little mini house at the entrance gate and was a welcome addition. Dan was quick to respond and fix up a minor issue with the battery when we contacted him.
The bushland reserve right next to the property allowed us to get the firewood we needed for our stay without much fuss.
To top it off, it's only a 7 minute drive into town for any supplies or day trips.
Highly recommended for those who want a bushland get away, with the convenience of a nearby town and a toilet on site. Can't comment on how well the shower works as we didn't use it, but it's there.
