Creature comforts
Enjoy the comforts of home—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.
Our stunning Emperor bell tent is located at a Hipcamp property in Myrtleford, Victoria, approximately 12kms from the town centre and located approximately 3 hours from Melbourne. This property is within a short range of the snowfields and the bike trails around Bright and Beechworth. This campsite offers shared toilet amenities (approx. 150m from the glamping tent) outdoor solar heated shower, a dedicated firepit to cook on with firewood available to purchase, beautiful views of Mount Buffalo National Park and access to a crystal clear creek running through the property for swimming or fishing.Love the idea of camping but also love your creature comforts? Let us introduce you to the beauty of taking indoor style, luxury and elegance, outdoors. Enjoy our generously sized 6x4m glamping tent set up with super comfy queen size bed on a base, all linen provided, tea and coffee station with cookware & cutlery, drinking water, indoor seating area, an esky (ice will need to be supplied by yourself), board games, outdoor seating around the firepit, solar powered USB charging points & cooling fans. Guests will also have access to communal toilets just a 2 minute walk away, but their own private outdoor solar hot water shower. Please note, our bell tent is situated on a property that takes other Hipcamp bookings, and during public holidays the property is quite popular so keep this in mind when booking that another group may be visible approx. 100m from our glamping tent. Whether you are wanting to wake up to nothing but the sounds of nature or take the esky and enjoy a picnic by the creek, or star gaze around the fire roasting marshmallows, we are sure this has something for you to love! Breakfast/brunch and antipasto platters can also be arranged to enjoy with your booking from a local café.

Star studded glamping!
Magic location! Beautiful bell tent which is practically and thoughtfully fitted. Immensely comfortable bed! Highlights included a hot shower under the stunning night sky and secluded dips in the crystal clear Little Buffalo Creek. Jess was incredibly responsive and helpful and we would stay again.

Camping not Glamping
Glamping is meant to be somewhere private and this wasn't, all our previous Glamping experiences have been. The toilet was owned by the camping grounds and we shared that, not really a problem, but it was too far away, most campers like ourselves drove to it, plus it broke down on the 2nd day so wouldn't flush. The reviews I read before we went said "everything was supplied", well that's not entirely correct. There was no gas canisters after the one supplied in the cooker ran out after 1 cup of tea. We drove into town to get more. Because there was no fridge, an Esky was supplied but no ice. We had no instructions for the shower or anything for that matter, but did finally figure it out. There were just 2 pottles of water supplied but no access to drinkable, dishwasher, kettle water so we also got that from town. If you supply cutlery and crockery it wouldn't break the bank to have a pot and a pan so you can cook . You can't cook in the tent (gas) and there was no covered area to cook when it rained!! I had to pay $50 for firewood, when all I was burning was some of the many branches that had fallen from the trees, really should be free. Our experience was not worth what we paid, it was basically camping. The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed the fire. With a small amount of money spent this could be a very enjoyable experience, But, you still have neighbour's. Thanks. Paul and Lynda.

Myrtleford Glamping
We were beyond impressed with our stay here- it included everything you could think of and more. All we had to do was pack some clothes, and the rest was sorted for us. We really enjoyed spending the night around the campfire, and the bed was SO comfy. It is located perfectly- nice and quiet but surrounded by lots of places to explore. We can’t thank you enough for providing us with a beautiful and peaceful weekend getaway. Can’t wait to visit again!
