Just 1 km from the Hot Springs, world class golf coarses, beaches, vineyards, yoga studios, cafes, supermarket and incrediable walks. On the property are 2 campsites at the front. One powered, and one non powered. Fully self contained campers only that have thier own toilet/shower. Up the driveway as that for the glampers where there are two cabins and a yurt that share a unique dining/kitchen area paired with shared private toilet, outdoor shower and hot and cold bath under the stars for a very relaxing memorable time in nature. The cabins are converted shipping containers. Cabin 1 has a king bed, Cabin 2 has 2 double beds (bunk style) and a yurt (up to 4 poeple) share the facilities. Please do note the yurt does not have direct electricity and supplied are these wonderful portable flood lights to hang in trees and inside. Charging station in the toilet shed or kitchen. The yurt is approx 150 meters from the cabins and very private. It has one king matress and two single mattresses that normally make up a couch to rest on. It's warm and so peaceful you will never want to leave. Total capacity 1 - 10 people in the cabins/yurt.

Grey water can be spread on the land surrounding the site and the toilet cassette, the nearest dumping point is a short drive away at the foreshore campground, Point Nepean rd Capel Sound. I would appreciate rubbish being removed with you if at all possible. We even have an amphitheatre for you to perform in if your musically inclined but keep in mind 11pm is the cut off noise time. The camping site are for fully self contained motor homes/campers/caravans up to 20ft due to a tree in the way :( I can make the large site powered if you have extra leads but please ask first. $30 per night extra. Dogs are welcome off leash (I have a dog) but please clean up and take away their business. Pet sitting maybe available if well behaved, by prior arrangement $35 (2-4hrs) , $60 (4-8hrs) whilst you explore this fabulous part of the world. The Kitchen/toilet/bath/bbq maybe shared with other guests but so far, so good. Close to some of Australia's most beautiful beaches on the Mornington Peninsulia. This charming cosy beachside cabin ( approx 2.5 m x 6m) is the perfect retreat relaxation waking up in a luxurious king-size bed sourrounded by nature on a 9000sqm (2.5 acres) oasis with beautiful natural light. Nestled in a sun-kissed coastal haven, this cabin retreat invites you to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and birds singing. This enchanting dining/kitchen area blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor living, creating an atmosphere that feels both intimate and expansive with the indoor/outdoor feel. Cabin two has two double beds. 1 under a loft style top bed which makes the below one super cosy to lie in. This cabin is perfect for 2 couples/2 singles/mum and dad and kids up stairs. It's also lovely on your own. I can provide the linen/towels/doonas/pillows for $50 per bed (1 -2 people) or bring your own which keeps the cost down. Heating and fan available. Max 4 people please.

Dogs are welcome but please clean up after them. I may be available for dog sitting if you want to go hiking by prior arrangement or if available. My dog will be around but is super chilled and happy around other dogs so not to worry. Rye back beach, Gunnamatta Beach and the list goes on. The Mornington Peninsula is gods country. Tired of beaches......The vinyards on the Mornington Peninsulia are just 10-20mins away. Should you wish to rent the entire land ( the full oasis) can offer :- 1 Yurt - up to 4 people 1 5x6m deck for open air cinema, yoga deck, outdoor dinner parties. Knock yourself out. Cabin One - sleeps 2 people. Cabin Two - sleeps 4 people. 10 people can be accommodated in structured accomodation + up to 2 camping tents if you fancy. Please be mindful that amenities are not hooked up to the mains so please don't have more than 2 extras camping. Any clogging up of the system will be chargeable to the client. A wonderful indoor/outdoor space with a kitchen and dining and open to the elements. A large fire pit next to the dining area. A loo with a disco ball. A fabulous outdoor not and cold shower with a deck for 2 to shower together. An outdoor bath ( Hot and Cold ) water of course. Bath under the stars. or hangout in there during the day listening to the birds. The new amphitheatre for musical events, yoga and or talks.... An outdoor pool table - not exactly flat. PROS -great location, short drive or bike ride to Rye cafes/shops/restaurants; -water tap nearby and power hookup - very long extension cords required but we made it work!; -Sealey the host was friendly; -dog friendly, lovely for them to be able to be off leash; CONS - Not hugely private: essentially a smallish clearing near to the road and beside the driveway which other campers and the host used regularly through the day and evening; - black sandy soil & ash from large previous fire turned to mud in the mornings and evenings as soon as it got wet or with morning dew - made it hard to keep anything clean, a slab or deck would greatly help (for the price); - additional dog fee required by host to be paid in cash, added to an expensive site fee - we were there on an Easter weekend though, $150 a night seemed a lot with no access to bathroom facilities; Overall, location made it for us!

We had an amazing 9 night stay at Sealey’s place. It is such a peaceful place and great for our kids and dog Monty. Will definitely be booking again. We struggled to get our 20foot van into the powered site but Sealey was very accomodating and allowed us to move to the other site that fit our van comfortably and we were able to run hose to water (15m approx) and cord to power (60m approx).

Excellent location to explore the peninsula and surrounds . Close to hot springs , beaches and golf courses. The sites are large however they can take a little patience to get into . (Being the first guest I’m sure this will become easier in the coming weeks.) Sealy is an excellent host and nothing was too much to ask.
