Immerse yourself in the serenity of our stunning 5-acre property, offering breathtaking views of Mt Dandenong, The Basin, and beyond. Nestled in seclusion and surrounded by nature, this private haven ensures tranquility with no immediate neighbours, providing an ideal setting to share with friends and family. Ample space allows for freedom of movement, featuring a large dam, a playful rope swing, and sheds to enhance your camping experience. Select the perfect spot for your campsite, whether it's beneath a majestic shady tree or beside the tranquil dam—every corner of the property offers picturesque and peaceful vistas. Enjoy the expansive beauty of the surroundings, complemented by the convenience of nearby walking and bike trails, wedding venues, and suburban shops located just around the corner. Our property seamlessly blends the best of both worlds: close proximity to conveniences while creating a sense of seclusion that makes you feel miles away from anywhere. Indulge in the ultimate retreat as you soak in the breathtaking views and relish the peace that defines our little piece of paradise. Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. Pets are allowed on leash. Pitch your tent or bring your camper trailer/small caravan and choose your own site of 3. Settle in around the dam or choose a quiet corner with some shade. You will enjoy amazing views of the surrounding mountain ranges and vast paddocks. With horses and goats on the fence line, a rope swing, and shady trees, this property is truly special. Take a walk around, or settle in by the fire and relax. Waking up with views along the Mt Dandenong mountain range and beyond, you will experience peace and quiet, encounter lots of bunnies, birdlife and feel on top of the world. The well known Eastwood Golf Course is walking distance, hiking and trails surround us within minutes with Mt Dandenong, The Basin, Doongala Forest, Dandenong and Trawalla creek trails and more. With a supermarket, shops and the convenience of being in the suburbs but feeling like you are miles from anyone is awesome. Guests must be fully self contained with their own toilet/shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. Pets are allowed on leash and only if quiet! A 4x4 vehicle is preferred and this is a family owned site with little kids not far. We will not accept parties, loud/ late music or big groups. We love our slice of peaceful paradise and want to share it with you.

Perfect quiet little place to unwind, close to home but quiet enough to feel like we were hours away.

Great location
We have a great stay over New Year's at Ryan's. The outlook is very pretty with birds enjoying the pond, nice sunsets and very quiet considering how close to town you are. You can easily explore Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula and the Yarra Valley and local shops/supermarkets are only a few minutes away. Thanks again!

Great views, surrounded by wildlife and close to shops, walks, golf course and tourist attractions. Ryan was open about having a house built on site but this didn’t affect our stay. Allowing a campfire was a bonus and luckily on fire bans in place. It’s worth a visit if you are looking for easy access to mount Dandenong and surrounds.

Ryan was absolutely lovely although there is a massive house under construction (not noisy) that I wasn’t aware of which wasn’t in the photos, which over looks everything. Still a nice spot with no disturbances - thanks Ryan :)

Ryan's place is a peaceful and scenic spot with stellar views of Mt Dandenong. It's also a convenient weekend getaway, being not too far from all critical amenities, some great hikes, as well as Sassafras and other places of interest. Ryan was a friendly and generous host, making us feel welcome and offering some great suggestions about things to do in the area. Highly recommend.
