Little Sheoak is a beautifully crafted tiny house nestled among gum trees on a peaceful one-hectare property in Langwarrin, less than an hour from Melbourne. This luxe, glamping-style retreat offers privacy, comfort, and a connection to nature, while remaining close to shops, cafés, and Mornington Peninsula beaches. Screened for privacy and set around 50 metres from the main house, it feels tucked away and serene, with birdsong, native trees, fresh eggs, gentle horses, and bush walking tracks nearby. Little Sheoak is a fully self-contained tiny house designed for couples. The cosy loft bedroom, accessed via a built-in staircase, features high-quality 100% cotton percale linen and an electric blanket for winter comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas oven and stovetop, microwave, small fridge with freezer, coffee machine, and all essentials. The bathroom includes an eco-friendly Ogo dry composting toilet. Hardwood blackbutt timber floors run throughout. Outside, guests can relax under the shade of a gazebo, unwind on the private deck, or enjoy a quiet evening by the fire pit (March–November), watching the flames and toasting marshmallows, all surrounded by trees and native birds. Additional highlights include the vegetable garden, fresh eggs from Sheoak chickens, and the presence of two gentle horses nearby. Nearby attractions & nature: McClelland Gallery & Sculpture Park, Cruden Farm, Trend / T’Gallant Winery (Baxter), Cranbourne Botanic Gardens, Moonlit Sanctuary (Somerville), Tyabb antique shops, Frankston Beach, and local cafés and restaurants. Scenic walking tracks and bushland reserves are nearby, including Langwarrin Flora & Fauna Reserve, Stringybark Bushland, and Studio Park Bushland Reserve.Little Sheoak is a beautifully crafted tiny house nestled among gum trees on a peaceful one-hectare property in Langwarrin, less than an hour from Melbourne.
