This location was great for our stay situating us nearby to several attractions we wanted to visit. Perfect to access Bells beach and a visit to the chocolaterie and ice creamery. Hosts were helpful leading up to our stay and upon checking In. There was plenty of space even with other campers present. Had a small camp kitchen fire pit and lots of bikes and toys about for young kids to keep entertained. Thank you

Amazing location , so close to Torquay and Bells Beach but feels like you’re much further out which is lovely. Chris is so friendly & it was a pleasure to meet him on arrival.
Our girls loved using the bikes & swing set that were around the camp & seeing the cows and kangaroos. We didn’t get to see any of the other animals during our short stay but this didn’t dampen our experience .
Unfortunately the weather hasn’t been kind & drought conditions have affected Chris & his livestock so the property is very dry & we were unable to have a fire but completely understood this. We also had no issues with insects that others have mentioned but also took proper precautions with shoes & bug spray as we camp often & understand the outdoor experience.
Thanks Chris for a wonderful overnight stay, we will keep our fingers crossed for rain for you.

This was a very disappointing campground, with the 'Toilet and kitchen' that was advertised. The toilets were non- functioning. The kitchen had an empty tub of water that the owner told us he would refill but he never did. We might as well have been camping in the remote bush, by a river, and totally self-sufficient to make it a more enjoyable camping trip. It was overall a very unpleasant few days there. We were a group of 4 families and spent most of the time at the beach and in town. It is definitely not worth the money spent and it should be no more $10 a night as is provides only a paddock to put up a tent and no facilities.

Positives are lots of space and short drive to nice beaches. Negatives are the number of toilets are insufficient for the number of campers. Kitchen is rustic sure but runs out of tap water so you can't wash dishes or anything there. I had thought there would be a lot less people for the number of toilets. We left a night early as the toilets were pretty disgusting and just ruined enjoyment. Not expecting flash but needs to be considered how many people are camping. Over priced for what it was and should only be a site for self sufficient camper vans.

A pleasant place very close to all the attractions of Torquay and Jan Juc.
The sites are generous and flat and a lovely view of the ocean!
Plenty of room for the kids to run around.
It’s a shame a group decided to run their generator all night because it was lovely and quiet before they arrived!

Bush Camp - With Toilet & Kitchen 2
We had a perfect stay at the farm! It was a great little overnight adventure for my 7 and 14yr old. They loved the playground area, the go-cart and saying hello to the animals. The kitchen was super handy too. The host was very helpful with some special requests and great to deal with in general. Very impressed with the experience would highly recommend! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.

This was one of the best HipCamps we have been to so far. Beautiful location, wide open space for the kids to roam and so close to Torquay and Anglesea beaches. Plenty of space for your privacy and serenity and toilet was clean and functional. Chris was a wonderful host and the kids adored him. Will definitely come back.

Couldn’t have asked for a more serene evening 🥰 Quiet, beautiful surroundings. Hosts were very approachable, and extremely helpful. The kitchen is a decent rural, well appointed affair, and the toilets were spotless. Wish we’d had more time there to soak it all in. Thanks loads to Chris & Hope ☺️🫡

We had a great time at Coastal Farm Camp, easy to find and close to Tourquay but far enough away to be quiet and secluded. We would stay again.

Beautiful spot in an area where there aren't too many options. Super close to beaches and cafes etc. If you're going, get in touch with the owners early - we arrived at night and couldn't get onto them, which was a bit stressful as we couldn't find the campsite. Luckily there was a fire which we could spot in the distance. Also, bring your own water (I think this is on the listing, but we forgot!)

Great camping area, with beautiful views. We were there on the long weekend, which was much busier than most weekends! But there was plenty of space for everyone and everyone seemed to be having a wonderful time :)
It's a very short drive to town and the beaches, but we got to come home to a peaceful location.
It's a bonus that we get to support local farmers who haven't had rain for 2 years, and are feeding their animals daily.

Too many tents, no management, some people came at really late and set the tents next to you at night , and left very early in the morning , I am not sure they have booked or paid , overall ,too many tents at once .
And jack jumping ant were found , my wife was bitten by the Jack Jumping Ant at night

Our family had a Great time staying for 3 nights. Kids absolutely loved the playground and bikes that they played with. The view was stunning. Friendly cows to feed. Highly recommend it.

We had an amazing family getaway here over a long weekend! There was plenty to keep our two kids entertained, with lots of open space for bike riding and cartwheels. The nearby fields with animals were a highlight, especially for our horse-loving child. It was the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing break!

Location & Accessibility:
* Location: Located at the back of a Farm block in amongst the trees over looking the paddock filled with Cows and horses.
* Accessibility: easy accessibility for any type of car.
Facilities & Amenities:
* Campsites: large open space, and lots of spaces in and around trees.
* Amenities: self built kitchen with non drinkable water.
2x portable loos.
[Cleanliness/Condition]. Bush camp style, better to have you own set up. And bring your own drinkable water.
[Functionality/Location]. Fire pit was located outside the kitchen. Lots of old bikes for kids. And self made playground for kids.[Condition/Availability]."] Kitchen and Portable loos were usable. But don't expect it to be like a camp site.
Natural Environment & Atmosphere:
The Scenery was amazing specially at night, all the stars and the moon was very visible. The sun rise and set was beautiful.
With or without your own set up your able to have a great time. If you need a shower end down to the beachs close by and enjoy the day there then use the showers available there.
**Lots of Australia Bull Ant nest around so chose wisely where to set up camp.

Stayed for a night and the place was great. Lots of space. Reasonably stocked camp kitchen for dinner and brekkie.
Got to meet the host in the evening and he lit us a camp fire and hung out for a chat.
Would recommend a visit. Pretty close drive into Torquay for all amenities.

Great camping spot. Lovely and open, great views, plenty of space between everybody. Owners were on call but never buzzing around. Very chill. Camp kitchen was a nice touch, too.
