Approximately 20 acres in total, with a sizable dam located at Bealiba VIC 3475 (1hr drive to Bendigo CBD and 25 minutes to Maryborough). Fantastic place if you're looking for rural getaways (Tiny-house-on-wheels, Caravan or Motorhome camping ONLY) with plenty of land for bike rides, bush hiking and walking trails around - all within the Central Goldfields! Horses and Sheep are onsite, so your kids will definitely love the sight. Land is flat-to-gently undulating, fully fenced with new gates and tucked in a quiet space away from busy highway. There is excellent 4G connection for mobile internet so you can stay connected. PLEASE NOTE: 1.) Site is off-grid with no water, toileting service or power, hence only suitable for Tiny-house-on-wheels, Motorhomes and grazing, with caravan park just 15 mins away in Dunolly to offload waste.

Nice quiet spot, lovely hosts. Great for an overnighter. Good communication. We found it a little tricky to find but we worked it out.
