Sites are quite small and crammed in, meaning cars are parked in the road and manoeuvrability is a bit tight. Despite the plots being properly prepared (dug in, lined and covered in astroturf) not all of them were flat, so we moved onto another plot. Facilities were clean and showers hot. Access gate at the back of the plot to the brewery was useful!

Was going to stay at Torquay Foreshore caravan park to be walking distance to the beach but they wanted $124 for a powered site which is ridiculous so managed to get a spot at Ingenia. It’s on the main drag so handy to surf shops and brewery. We had a site that had fake turf on the whole site which is good but it was not level. There was nowhere to park the car if u want the awning out and the entrance was very tight so just be careful driving in. Staff were very accommodating and sent a guy down to help us out with the cars parked in the way of our exit for the next morning.

I booked an unpowered site, was given the back corner site which in theory was great but the ground was like hard rock. I could not pitch my tent in my designated area as it was all dirt & hard ground/ rock. Clearly that spot had been a popular spot for van travellers or cars to park but if you are considering allocating a tent camper in number UP6… please tend to the ground & grass before doing so. Sadly I’ve damaged by tent pegs due to this; nonetheless great facilities, clean shower/ bathrooms & great access points.

A great camp park in Torquay...

My wife and I were thrilled with everything at the camp park. We liked that everything had code-key access. While the location is not on the beach, it was very well-placed for cafes and an easy walk to the beach. With public cooking and amenities facilities, this worked well for us. Shower and Toilets where clean and stocked. But also a plus was that the back gate led straight to the craft brewery...👍

Sites were very tight, cars are parked in front of the vans along the road which made hooking up to leave very challenging, had to ask people opposite to move there cars so I could get in & ou. Apart from that the park was good.

Great dog friendly camp site. Amenities were super clean. This site has everything you need, power, water, TV and WiFi. It's also located in a great spot to explore Torquay. Staff were amazing too. If you want a no fuss fully packed camp site in a great location, this is it.
