Fern Cottages has two separate cottages. The Front House & The Studio (Romance at Rye). You will have your own privacy and a private gated gardens. You only need to share the drive way and you will have off street allocated car parking for TWO CARS. Please contact us if you would like to rent both dwellings together and have extra space. SORRY NO SCHOOLIES Come and stay at our cosy 3 bedroom cottage just a short stroll from the shallow peaceful waves at Tyrone Beach. Head into Sorrento (15 minute drive) for a choice of restaurants or keep it local in Blairgowrie ( 3 minute drive) for dinner and drinks. Maybe just kick off your shoes, relax and enjoy a BBQ in the private front courtyard. Bonus - We're only 15 minutes drive from the blissful Peninsula Hot Springs! ** Happy to help arrange any local tours or transport (extra fee)** The space Enter the private courtyard and the french doors will welcome you into the open plan living area and country kitchen with all new appliances . Curl up on the comfy sofa and watch a movie on Netflix. Free fast NBN wifi too. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed and romantic ensuite with a claw foot bath Bedroom 2 has a King bed (that can be split into 2 single beds upon request) and french doors opening to the private side courtyard garden Bedroom 3 has a double bed , a single sofa bed and an extra TV with apple TV. It also opens out onto the side courtyard garden. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the new bathroom, with walk in shower. There is also a new fully fitted laundry and a seperate space to study or work - just in case. So this cottage has two bathrooms, one with a toilet and bath and the other with a toilet and shower - you can view this on the floorplan and in the photos in this listing. Relax in the front courtyard under the palm tree and in the evening enjoy a fire in the little chiminea. Maybe just relax with the fam in the private paved side courtyard which is also a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and some peace and quiet. To make sure you're comfortable there's a reverse cycle heater/air conditioner in the living area and fans in each bedroom for the warmer months. Furry family members are welcome of course as the property is fully fenced and we can provide a travel cot for couples with a young human.

Enter the spacious private courtyard and step inside to the open plan living area with all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen. Curl up on the comfy sofa and watch a movie on Netflix. Free fast NBN wifi too. You'll have a comfy queen size bed and to make sure you're comfortable there's an electric panel heater and a cute electric log fire. There's also an air conditioner and two ceiling fans for the warmer months. Don’t forget the big spa bath in the bathroom and for the less romantic there’s a separate shower too. Furry family members are welcome of course and we can provide a porta cot for couples with a young human.
