Come and enjoy a relaxed country experience at our safe, secure and quiet farmstay. Plenty of wide open space, we welcome self-contained caravans, RV's and campers. Pitch or park on our pine tree lined grounds, or, closer to the residence if you need. Every site has it's own private fire pit. With 5 sites being spread out over 5 acres, there is plenty of room for the kids to ride their bikes and run around, with you being able to see them in full view. At Berringa Farmstay, there is plenty to keep all the family entertained on and off site. Socialise with our farm animals, including sheep, geese, chickens and ducks, or keep an eye out for our native residents; kookaburras, rosellas, magpies, black cockatoos and echidnas. It's an animal lovers delight! We also have a dam stocked full of yabbies! And we are less than five minutes drive from Enfield State Forest, where you'll discover goldfields, dirt bike tracks, walking tracks, horse riding trails and more. Plus we're pet friendly! Power and water is available upon request at an extra fee. Berringa Farmstay is 15 minutes south of Smythesdale and 35 minutes south of Ballarat. Other notable things nearby are; Devils Kitchen Geological Reserve, 10 minutes drive. Nimmons Bridge, Jubilee Mine, 15 minutes drive. Sovereign Hill, 35 minutes drive. Otways, 1 hour drive.

    Great little farm with friendly chickens (my daughter wanted to take one home as it loved cuddles). George was very welcoming and hospitable. Also an easy drive to and from Ballarat/Sovereign Hill.

    We enjoyed our stay, George was very friendly and offered firewood etc. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great but we enjoyed ourselves anyway. My family enjoyed the visits from the chickens and the ducks :)

    Great kid friendly farm stay. George and Rachael were very attentive, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed with another family and had plenty of room. Other campers were far enough away for us not to feel cramped. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come again! Thank you.

    We had a great time staying here. It was easy to find, very quiet and peaceful with the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The kids loved feeding the animals and playing in the open space. We also enjoyed having a fire.
