Disappearing in the woods doesn’t have to be a bad thing. We just prefer to call it forest bathing... Imagine a place that makes you feel like your experience is the only thing that matters. A place that thinks of everything, so you have the space in your mind to explore what matters most to you. A place that inspires and provides the means to help you turn those ideas into something tangible. A place that imbues everything with purpose, including you. Disconnect from distraction. Reconnect with yourself. Choose your level of immersion with our unique shelters. Villa? Geodesic dome? Whatever your preference, each shelter provides a dreamy cocoon to rest, reflect and recharge. They're outfitted with the luxuries you're used to and some you're not. For us, off grid doesn't mean out of touch, at least not entirely. Remember phone booths? Walkies? You'll be just fine. * We reserve the right to prohibit use of the fire pits and burning based on local weather conditions. There may be times that winds and/or humidity can create a fire concern and we will not allow burning during those times. ** Please note: Cell reception and wifi can be spotty. We're happy to point out the best "phone booth" spots for the former, and we are constantly working to improve the latter. We appreciate your patience as we perfect our little piece of the wild. That said, in the meantime, we do urge you to embrace the option to disconnect when possible. We've found it can be quite liberating to go missing for a little while :)

Enjoyed staying at Rame villa! It was really nice to have coffee on the deck with the birds in the morning. Comfortable bed, great windows, very peaceful. The turntable and assortment of LPs was a great touch!

All the little details!
To sum everything up: ALL THE LITTLE DETAILS!!! We initially booked Sabi and Sam reached out to see if we wanted to take advantage of a new dome, Trouvay, and it was the best decision. I surprised my wife with a stay here for our anniversary weekend and it was a great time overall! On top of having the private deck and hot tub, all the little details (no spoilers) blew my wife and I away. It was a great escape to reconnect and be intentional with our time away from our daily lives. We spent the full day exploring the grounds and enjoying all they had to offer. All the trails were on the easier side that allowed us to enjoy the experience and weather. My personal favorite activity was the driving range and net they have on the property, that was a pleasant surprise! Myself, my wife, and our dog loved the weekend and highly recommend it!

Retreat in the trees with a view.
The land and the multiple domes and tiny houses on the land are well maintained and for the most part secluded from one another. We were greeted by a few of the cats on property which made our days better from missing our pets we left at home. The trails for hiking and the multiple look out spot were a great place to take in the views of the surrounding hill country and sunrise and sunset. Absolutely amazing views from bed.

We had such a lovely, relaxing,and unique experience staying at Missing. My husband and I felt so pampered to have such a lovely stay in the middle of nature. We had a small plumbing snafu but the staff was beyond accommodating and took care of everything. The neighboring units were a little too close for my preference and the fire pit area left comforts to be desired, but the rest was absolutely wonderful. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Loving the quiet time!
This place is really designed for you to slow down and appreciate the quiet. I loved every moment of the time I was able to spend here. The inside if the dome was beautifully put together and the amenities were thoughtful. I loved seeing the mini cows! And the hiking trail was short but perfect for a beginner. I will absolutely be visiting again.

A great place to relax and unwind
Very comfortable and beautiful glamping spot. The dome was super clean and we felt safe there. Access is super easy. Wifi is pretty decent for basic communications, but there is no cell phone signal. Shower water pressure is great and hot water comes immediately. The property is huge, and I'd recommend a 3 day stay at least to explore everything. Plenty of trails and little openings along the path invite you to pause and relax. The property owners and managers are very kind and accommodating, and gave us a tour. The only thing to pay attention is road noise. Being uphill means that you'll hear the cars passing by. It's not too loud, but it is enough to break the silence that I was looking for.
