Great spot to stay and enjoy a weekend or a week .
Far enough out to be peaceful and quiet , whilst being close enough to make this a spot to stay whilst you explore.
As previously mentioned flatter spots are near the bottom of the paddock.
Pet friendly which is great we will be returning.

Nice, quiet and private. I stayed here for a couple of weeks while my partner was at work and felt very safe as the family live on the property. The property is a short drive from town, the beach and Hobart isn't too far away either. We loved the visits from the dogs each day.

Great paddock, quiet and serene. Well located 15 mins out of Sorell. Road in is a mixture of bitumen and dirt but it’s a well graded road and our on-road caravan handled it no worries. Easy access to water when needed. We were the only ones there (peak season) so it was great to get away from the crowds of summer. Mobile reception a bit hit and miss but fine for phonecalls, tv reception was excellent.

Overall the camp was okay. I really pushed the caravan to try get it level, airbags and power jack were all maxed out and still couldn't get level. The site is small and didn't feel very private, we were looking directly at their shed (the lights stayed on all night) and backyard of the house where they were building and had the planer going one day which kinda took away from the peacefulness. Not really located close to much and worth noting it's a 7km drive on a gravel road to get back to the main road so for an overnight stay also kinda out of the way.

Gorgeous place. Probably one the best places we’ve stayed with two little ones under 3 years - we loved it because it was so safe (large open paddock with no water holes) so they could run free and kick their balls. Lovely friendly owner. We will return as it was so chill with the kids.

Lovely quiet spot with a view. Will be back. Only feedback would be that we paid for two bags of wood. It was actually a pile of self serve wet wood we had to carry to our camp spot. If we had known that we would have brought our own wood.

The kids and I had a great time camping here. The people were friendly, the site was nice and quiet and there were some super friendly dogs hanging around, what more could you ask for?

We have recently spent five nights on white Hill. Great spot, quiet, peaceful, one other group to share the paddock with. Wood supply at cost.

We loved our 3 day stay (some stayed 4). Quiet and rural with some fairly mowed level sites at the bottom of The Paddock . We were a group of seven caravans and one slide on. Unfortunately, during most of our stay we experienced very strong winds which meant we did not have a fire, however, the days were warm. We enjoyed a meal at Cape Bernier Winery and can recommend them. The location and exclusivity made for a great time for our group.

Great open paddock with plenty of room. Host was great and easy going. Short drive to Dodges Ferry or less than a 30min drive to wineries, distilleries and places to eat.

Beautiful piece of land. Unfortunately it was cold and rainy so we didn’t get to do much. Easy access with van and since it was our first voyage it was good practice not far from home and give a few things a go like levelling the van. Thanks Sue.

Not a bad place, the ground is good to put pegs in. There's a bit of a slope. Reception is a bit sketchy. Firepits and the wood supply if bought is a good addition. Close to Hobart. No toilets though. Not much privacy. Good price. Not much happening there though. Overall prob a 6.5/10

We loved the peace out here, backed onto bush land, close to town. The hosts brings wood to your fire pit when ordered. Close to attractions south. Great base. Quiet over Easter without the huddle and bustle of a caravan park. Highly recommend

What a hidden gem of a spot thirty minutes from Hobart. Easy to find and access with plenty of room to choose your view.
Host was very welcoming and friendly.

Large, open paddock with beautiful forrest just next door. Enjoyed sitting by the fire and watching the stars. Even captured the aurora last night! Lots of wildlife. Loved it. Thank you! Easy access with our 21ft van.
