Welcome to Jake’s Place, a peaceful mountain retreat near St Marys with sweeping ocean views and a secluded waterfall to discover. The property offers approximately six acres of open, grassy land with plenty of room for groups to spread out and enjoy the surroundings. Wake to memorable sunrises over the ocean, then watch the sun set behind South Sister mountain. This is a private, back-to-basics camping experience with no toilet, drinking water, shower or power provided. Guests must be fully self-contained and take all rubbish and waste with them. Access is via a cleared but steep road that can become slippery and challenging in wet conditions. A 4WD is required. Pets are welcome but must remain on a leash. Enjoy exclusive use of approximately six acres of open, grassy camping space surrounded by mountain scenery and ocean views. There is plenty of room for tents, camper trailers, caravans and self-contained camping vehicles, making the site well suited to families and groups travelling together. Campfires are permitted in the designated firepit when local restrictions allow. Guests must bring their own toilet, drinking water, cooking equipment and other camping essentials. There are no showers, power or rubbish facilities, so please leave the property as you found it and take everything with you when you depart. The access road is steep and may become slippery when wet. A 4WD is required, and guests with larger caravans or motorhomes should check with Jake before booking to confirm that their vehicle and setup are suitable. One important issue to confirm with the host: the listing currently permits vehicles up to 30 metres long, 20 vehicles and 40 guests, despite the steep and potentially difficult access. Jake should confirm whether those limits are realistic—particularly for large caravans and motorhomes—and update them if needed. The listing should also clarify whether the site itself is genuinely flat, as currently selected.
