Pindari Park is a beautiful 130 acre cliff top property that offers both North and South views of the River Murray. Situated on the western bank (cliff side) overlooking the most Northerly point of the river and the township of Cadell SA. Pindari means “From the high ground” from the aboriginal origin and was originally apart of the Nor’ West Bend Station (est. 1850) that stretched from Overland Corner to Burra. The Nor’ West Bend Station next door is now a heritage listed private residence. With Pindari Park’s scattered native trees, saltbush and mallee shrubs bringing an abundance of wildlife to the property, sit back, relax and enjoy the serenity. While you sit at the camps sites, enjoy watching the Cadell Ferry, appreciate birds and wildlife, or just enjoy the river boats on their journey up or down our mighty River Murray. You just might be able to catch one of the cruise boats or paddle steamers cruise past, make sure you give them a wave as they pass by. Pindari Park has many gravel roads and tracks to follow for taking a hike/walk, however, please note that this property is on a cliff, therefore it may not be suitable for young children and caution must be taken at all times. Each campsite has a fire pit area that can be used during May to October each year (fire ban period is November to April each year). If we are fully booked we will open up our cliff top fire pit near the cottage for all to enjoy (Contact Us Prior to booking). During October and November the cottage gardens are open to the public (Contact Us Prior for open days), with over 130 roses, many native trees and other plant varieties, you can wander around the gravel paths of our numerous our garden rooms and the orchard. Take a drive into to Morgan (9 kms) and visit the Old Wharf Port and the Landseers Museum or catch the Cadell Ferry and head across the river to visit the Spook Hill Winery or to use the local boat ramp. Notes: - Cliff-top property, may not be suitable for young children. Caution to be taken at all times. - NO River Access. - NO dumping of rubbish. - NO dumping of toilet waste, nearest dump points are located in Morgan and Cadell. - Pets/Dogs – must be on a lead at all times. - Nearest Boat Ramp – Cadell. - Cadell and Morgan both have fuel distributors and general stores.

Ferry View - Site 1
Amazing Stay at Pindari Park
I recently stayed at Pindari Park's site 1, Ferry View, and had an incredible camping experience. The sites are located on a cliff overlooking the beautiful Murray River. Site 1 is a flat site with some shady areas. It was lovely watching the ferry go back and forth. The sunset and sunrise views were breathtaking. I stayed for two nights, and it was fantastic. I'm already looking forward to returning in the future. This spot is worth a visit if you love scenic river views and relaxing by the water.

King's Camp - Site 5
Lovely camp spot, peaceful.
This was such a lovely spot. Sue was very lovely, was easy to communicate with, and took us to our spot when we got to gate which was really accommodating. The spot itself was lovely. We had a fire and the view was fantastic. Very quiet spot and not too many people around. The ferry was close by so you could hear that, but the other side of that was that it was very easy to get across the river to nearby towns. It was a bit blowy in the winter but I imagine this would be a perfect spot in the summer. We really enjoyed our stay, incredible.
